TJ1 was lovely and sorted my problem quickly. I give TJ1 5 stars but getting through to an agent is a nightmare, I wouldn't recommend it at all. In fact I nearly cancelled the policy because I was getting so frustrated with it. But hey ho TJ1 sorted it for me.

CG1. Went above and beyond to ensure I complety understood my new quote, explaining in ways I could understand without making me feel patronised. I felt I was in a safe pair of hands and at no time did I feel any pressure. If only other companies cared about customers as I feel you do. I have taken out the policy and would like to say a big thank you to CG1.

ML2 I have just had a lovely online conversation with Megan(ML2). I was going to cancel my renewal, but after a little while she managed to get me a satisfactory quote which I was happy to pay, well, happier anyway. She is a credit to her company, the live chat was one of the easiest that I have ever used, and would recommend it to anyone, that coming from me, a 62yr old technophobe. Thankyou.

Spoke to Stevie (SS9) today via live chat about a renewal. The query was dealt with clearly and the outcome was what I wanted. Very happy with the live chat experience once connected although the queue length could be reduced. I think I joined the queue in position 12 and it took about 20 minutes to get to the front of the queue. One Call do seem good value for money although as yet I've never had to make a claim so that is where you find out if it was really worth it.

I spoke to Tommy earlier today regarding putting my son on my insurance policy. Tommy was very helpful and friendly and explained everything in detail. Its so good that One Call still have real people to talk to not everyone wants to proceed with doing it online. I'm in my seventies and enjoy the personal touch.
