“LN1 customer service operator couldn't have been more helpful and polite but as I had already found a cheaper quote elsewhere, I didn't want to spend any more time on finding a good deal for my car insurance. If One Protect had simply offered me a better renewal price to start with then I would have gone with it but having spent ages on comparison sites to find a cheaper quote, I was loathe to give the business back to One Protect. Hats off to LN1 - he really tried his best.”

“I contacted the online chat to discuss my renewal. Agent Stevie S (SS9) was very helpful and was able to offer me a better price with higher level of cover. It was a bit of a long wait to get connected initially but once connected Stevie was very helpful and very quick.”

“I contacted One Call by the chat function to discuss my renewal quote. Although I had to wait a while in the queue, I was assisted by SZYman (SW1) who very kindly found me a better quote. I had previously been on line to find if a better quote could be found and One Protect matched that quote. I am very happy to stay with One Protect.”
