“AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Just useless. Incomplete information. Long waiting times on the portal and call centre. Three times was assured someone would call me back, no one ever did. Constantly dragging out the most basic matters. The only half competent people I dealt with was the complaints department, and I stress HALF competent. Utterly awful and useless.”
