“WP1 - couldn’t log in and went on chat. Issue was I’d put my date of birth in wrong. Sorted very quickly and the agent Wiktor was very helpful and it was all sorted with speed and courteously.”

“Contacted One Call regarding cancellation of my car insurance which was renewed, even though I had selected 'no automatic renewal' in my profile. Spoke to ME8 who listened to my request, made some other suggestions to keep my business with One Call, but accepted that my wish to cancel remained. She was very professional throughout and had the company's position in mind as well as my own.”
