“JS4 was very helpful in getting my insurance premium down after the renewal notice proposed a 33% increase on the previous year, which I was not happy with. I have been with One Call for 9 years, never made a claim, and have both house and car insurance with them. JS4 was very clear, concise and easy to talk to on the phone.”

“Well I really wasn’t impressed when I informed one call that I was having an extension being built (buildings insurance) and they told me my insurance company wouldn’t be able to continue my insurance. I only just renewed it 2 months ago and because of my honesty I have to pay over £100 cancellation fee!! I have been totally mugged!!! I left and went somewhere else because my new quote was £500 more from one call. Bye bye”
