“I used an online chat to talk about my renewal and spoke to LC6. I normally hate this service as it is slow and painful, very little gets done and its normally a waste of time. LC6 was polite and efficient asking relevant questions and dealing with my query quickly and professionally... Thank you”

“Its called one call, but you can't call on a saturday. I wanted to add a driver and it took 2.5 hours on chat. First of all as the chat took so long to be answered, it kept throwing me off for inactivity. then i got through to someone who then said they had to put me through to renewals. so another wait. Eventually got through to AD1 who was very helpful but it still took another hour to answer all the questions and get the driver added. And these were questions i had already answered when the chat started.”
