I chatted to one of the agents, as requested, before cancelling my renewal for car insurance. JF2 was polite and helpful, explaining that there could be extra costs with another provider. I usually dread online chats with companies as they can be long and drawn out. This, however, was efficient. Thank you!

RB 1 was extremely helpul and efficient with my enquiring regarding our new buildings insurance policy. She reassured me that the policy was in place and immediately forwarded several links to enable me to access the portal and all my policy details. It is so valuable to be able to actually talk with someone who understands your problem and is able to resolve it with minimal fuss. Many thanks RB 1, you made my day!

As a new customer, I had the unfortunate task of contacting the Customer care department to cancel my policy after a week. This was due to a failed MOT. Major faults and repairs were deemed too expensive and non viable. I spoke with TH3 who was very appreciative of my predicament and kindly suggested that a cooling off period could be extended if I was able to obtain another car in the meantime. I advised that I was unable to finance this, therefore cancellation was my only option. I was concerned that this would affect my credit rating in the future, however, TH3 was able to set my mind at rest with the reassurance that this would not be the case. He explained there would be certain fees connected to cancellation, however I would be repaid certain monies already received. In short, TH3 was considerate; informative; polite and professional and put my mind at rest. I am impressed with the quality of service received and will contact One Call again when I manage to purchase another vehicle .
