“I had a NCD proof problem and Lauryn - LG3 - was totally understood my anxiety over this. She very swiftly and comprehensively dealt with the issue and resolved it to my satisfaction. She was able to encourage me to purchase your breakdown cover also in a non pushy way, which I took advantage of and included in my motor insurance. I was both relieved and very satisfied at the end of our interaction. If I had to give a score out of 10, I would give the experience an 11. That's due to LG3's superb help with a quite worrisome problem I had at the outset. I congratulate you and especially LG3. Thanks.”

“hi i would like to thank lee anne le8 and clayden kc8 for there kind help yesterday sort my car insurance out. its so nice to speak to people rather than that digital stuff. companys and people need to understand elderly people have not had the education like the younger generations when it comes to computers. they were so helpful and understanding took their time to explain things,they are a credit to the company, kind regards mr h clark”

“I changed my motorcycle policy today and the young lady I spoke to (AR2) was exceptionally helpful. She was polite and knowledgeable without being pushy with a good sense of humour and that last part for people from my generation is very important. She asked all the relevant questions and even overcame a slight glitch with her IT system whilst still aminatining dialogue with me. She is a credit to your company and an excellent ambassador for your services.”
