“Had to wait too long to get onto a chat with an agent but once on the chat went well. Quickly assessed my inquiry purpose and was able to carry out the process efficiently. A big negative for me was the fact that there was no refund after I cancelled my insurance even though there had been no claims made and it had only been running for two months. My expectations were for around half of my premium to be refunded but there was nothing.”
