“Ref: KG9 - Was on hold for little over 5 minutes but told where I was in the queue which moved quickly. My call was answered by a lovely girl who went above and beyond to help me. The service provided was really friendly and helpful. I was promised a call-back after I had to leave the phone to obtain extra information. The call came through at precisely the time promised which made me feel that my custom mattered and I was able to complete my request. I No complaints whatsoever - excellent service all round....isn't is wonderful when things are made easy! Thank you so much”
