“I would like to say THANK YOU to Sarah 2 SM2. My path leading to her was via the Portal on Sunday 19th.July and she responded to my plea for urgent assistance to raise the level of my Buildings Insurance. I had already done this 10 days ago but the Mortgage Company wanted me to make it a higher level still so I had to re-do the change. The messaging was polite and my urgency for this one requirement was understood and dealt with efficiently. Excellent Sarah. I had a difficult journey getting to this point because other Advisors on multiple calls had told me they couldn't help because they weren't trained. An Online Chat ended with a transcript created but my screen still said I was still waiting so I never saw an introduction coming through. Your Weekend hours were not available on multiple calls over the weekend so I tried the CHAT again and got Sarah SM2 who has made me happy again with a perfect query resolution completed.”

“I used chat which is not as easy as a phone call, my insurance was auto renewed, which is not advised as clearly as it should be in my opinion. The customer service agent was helpful and hopefully this may be resolved in a few days? I was able to upload my new insurers certificate as proof but unsure if they will cancel/ refund in full the premium they wish to take . Again this type of Auto renewal should be front and centre in the renewal process not buried near the bottom of the communication.”
