“I recently called with regard to my car renewal and spoke to Leanne (LE6. Leanne Warren-le6) who was incredibly kind and helpful. Due to my having another accident in January my quote had doubled which was a big shock. Leanne explained the basis of the quote and tried to see if it could be reduced for me. Unfortunately it was not possible to reduce it by much and ultimately i had to source insurance elsewhere but thank you Leanne.”
