I needed to do a live Chat and had Steve SS9 - he was very helpful, when my payment failed he was happy to wait while I found a second card. He answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. Have one criticism with the web site though, it is VERY SLOW and quite frustrating!!

Telephone answered in a few minutes very pleasant guy on fone (EC1). Told me my payment section was not set up properly so he sorted it out and took payment very quick & easy.

I contacted OneCall today to query my renewal and the possibility of adding another driver to the policy. I spoke to "SS9" who quickly assessed my needs and provided clear information. I was able to acquire a cheaper renewal price for my policy which was great (I always do a comparison check first so knew I could get cheaper elsewhere if needed). I decided not to proceed with additional driver as cost too expensive.

I spoke with EE3 this morning and Emily sorted out a problem which in my opinion could have been solved previously. Emily went out of her way to give excellent Customer Service and is a credit to the Company. Good customer service deserves acknowledgement. Emily is a person who in my opinion takes an active interest in her work and makes the customer feel important.

I wouldn't say "happy", more like satisfied. My Statement of Fact was incorrect on 5 counts and it's surprising that these items aren't referred to in the renewal invitation given that 'any' incorrect information can prejudice the insurance. Megan (MS2) made the adjustments, offered me extra 'VIP' cover and told me (on request) that the document would be updated within 24 hours. So MS2 did a good job, but OneCall could do better in my opinion, then I wouldn't need to spend 1/4 hour online making things right - and I didn't get even a single £1 off for the trouble!
