“FW1 Fraser helped me navigate a tricky situation and got the situation sorted really easily and quickly. I received a message to say that my insurance would be cancelled as I hadn't provided all the information needed. Fraser helped me through the process, made so much more easy as he gave me his direct email address to communicate with.”

“I needed to make a change to a 3-year fixed price policy, and it was handled expertly and professionally via on online chat with Megan (MF7). There were no issues when I needed to go back a couple of steps, or had additional questions outside of the flow. I feel like this may be the only human Insurance Company that exists. Well Done Megan. Well Done One Click. P.S. The price quoted was reasonable too, so that helped.”

“I received my car renewal quote which I thought was a little bit too much. So I went onto a compare site and found a much more reasonable price. I the called one Call and was put in contact with Leon (LC6). Leon (LC6) then checked what he had on offer and came back with a comparable quote. So I don't have to change companies. Thank Leon (LC6)”
