“I needed to change my insurance policy from one car to another. I spoke to a very nice lady LY4 who talked me through the procedure. She asked me a few questions and before I knew it we had completed. The premium hasn't changed from my old car and she offered me the chance to freeze the price for the next 3 years which I thought was great. I positive experience.”
