“I’d let my house insurance lapse. I called and spoke to ET3. They were super helpful. They had to generate a new quote because the one they’d emailed me was no longer valid. It was almost identical in price anyway. The standard level of contents cover was trebled from last years cover. And I was able to pay over the phone. Very quick, very easy, and a very pleasant human interaction. I weep for the future where we will be forced to do this with AI at the loss of human conversations and the loss of a job of someone who is clearly excellent at their job.”
