“I really cannot fault the customer service received from SM5 today as I was considering cancelling my home insurance due to auto renewal being too high and I had seen cheaper prices. However, SM5 was very helpful and extremely patient in trying to source the correct policy for me including additional extras that I had not thought about. She had to explain things more than once but she did patiently. I have asked her to give me time to think about the new quote so I can go through all the policy documents. She has uploaded the new quotation along with the new policy documents to review at my leisure as I have another 13 days before my policy auto renews. I can see why Once Call gets 5 star reviews due to the way they explain things in an easy to understand way. SM5 made me feel relaxed and I did not feel pushed into making a decision.”
