I contacted to cancel my renewal as I had found a cheaper quote elsewhere. The operator (MB1) run through my details and offered me a cheaper quote in line with the alternative I had been offered. So renewed, with less hassle than cancelling and taking a out a new policy.

Called to ask for a quote as the online portal gave me one but was more expensive than doing it through compare the market. Call handler was very helpful and gave me an even cheaper quote.Well worth the call.

So I have had a platinum policy with one call insurance for a few years now and as things go it was time to change my pick up as my workhorse Nissan Navara has a happy engine on 208,000 miles on the clock but an unhappy frame. I organised a new one and had to transfer everything over for same day collection. Logged in to the website and I think it had a dummy spit. Along came one calls special agent SP6. She gathered my details to see what changes needed to be made and like a flash all was sorted for me to be able to collect my New Navara same day. Not only that SP6 managed to get me a better price on my platinum insurance and have it fixed for 3 years. I normally hate sorting out my insurance but SP6 was courteous, friendly and really did go that extra mile to make sure everything was smooth and easy, whilst also getting me a better price. I have been really happy with one call insurance (especially the Platinum policy) and didn't want to jump ship. The dedication of SP6 ensured I didn't. Full marks.

I had a very helpful person, Tanya (TS7), on the customer 'Cancel & Replace' helpline. She was very patient despite her system being slow and the Customer Portal lacking the button for making changes. She talked me through the changes required and was a pleasure to interact with.
