“Didn't know they existed until I went onto website looking for a sensibly priced policy in view of over priced renewal received from LV. One call wasn't the cheapest but offered the best coverage of what I felt I needed and application was simple to fill in. Follow up calls were good confirming everything and checks to ensure I was happy with coverage. Complete policy docs were available within five days and were printed off before renewal date came along.”
