“For the setup of the account they needed us to confirm the email address, so we use their msg chat line and scarlet contacted the team to confirm. I was worried they charged us but the account wasn’t set up, she understood my worry and it got fixed.”

“tk1 We were really worried and a little upset to receive the email from One Call informing us that a discrepancy had arisen and it would be costing us over £100! Fortunately we managed to speak with Michelle, who listened attentively and understood our concerns and the situation before she explained exactly what the discrepancy was! She really helped to settle our concerns and very, very patiently provided us with two options, both of which would resolve our issue.. Michelle was absolutely terrific, with us. Extremely professional , caring and considerate and a great ambassador for One Call. Well done and our appreciation to Michele *****”
