The last agent I spoke to was so very helpful and couldn't help us any more than she did. Excellent service. The reason for the two stars was the last two (might have been three) agents were really not helpful at all and actually got very defensive when we were just trying to get to the bottom of the situation we were dealing with. We declined theit renewal quote as found other insurance at less than half their new HUGELY inflated quote.Much happier to be shot of them in short.

To send a notice of cancellation when all you need are new bank details is unnecessarily aggressive.

Just to let you know I had a lovely adviser today Natasha NK3 who helped me as my Direct Debit had been cancelled in error and she sorted this all for me today and also helped with cover on my excess to provide cover. Thanks again for the lovely service Natasha x😘

Used the online chat service to confirm payment of final premium on policy. The agent I spoke to (Faye) seemed unenthusiastic to assist with my query, writing one word answers and words such as yeah instead of yes. Unprofessional, unhelpful and poor customer service.

JW5 at One Call was a great help. They're OK as insurance companies go. However their Fat Cat bosses are raking it in and don't care about those of us struggling to cope in this financial situation.

My husband and I are in our late 70’s and found it really stressful doing online chats, all together it took 2 hrs to finally transfer our current vehicle insurance to the one we are purchasing on Friday. During the first online chat I was suddenly told the chat was ending and we had to start again from beginning including queuing!! Very poor service!

Felt the live chat was mainly there to sell me further policies rather than dealing with my request to simply add a driver! The same questions were asked as those I’d already filled out on the online form . However this was difficult too as it took several attempts to get to the end . Furthermore adding a driver which was far from easy also turned out to be very expensive

There is no phone number to speak to the company or any agent. I somehow managed to get on live chat 2 weeks ago to ask for my car policy documents to be printed out and sent to me, explaining why and was assured by the live chat agent that they would send them but to date I have received nothing so I am left feeling anxious and suspicious that my policy exists……. Can you help me?

I made 3 attempts to "talk" to One Call today. The first two attempts were closed by One Call before I even got to "speak" to someone, on both occasions I had started in the queue at about position 23/24 & the chat was closed when I got to position 3! On my third attempt I did manage to "speak" to someone. One word answers were provided by her. Why on earth do you insist on only this method of "communication" for existing policy holders?

KS8 I wanted to cancel my policy and it took way too long to do and the hoops I had to jump through with KS8 trying to talk me out of cancelling. It's put me off using One Call ever again

Tyler (TW9) While friendly it seems didn't actually fully do what was asked. He didn't add protected no claims and I only found out because I asked for the quote to be sent to me instead of pushing ahead and paying there and then! I don't think it was malicious however it was clearly an oversight.
