I was frustrated by being constantly shuffled around between "options" on the phone, with no chance to talk to a human. I eventually used "Live Chat" on line and succeeded in making my request. Subsequent service by the contractor was O.K.

I tried calling and was in a queue ,tried to fill out details online of a change and found it difficult so tried live chat . i was on there for almost an hour and i was asked the same questions a few times i mentioned this and it was brushed off and after all this im then being charged £15 administration fee for hardly anything .

Renewal quote didn’t match others sourced and when I said I wanted to stop my auto renewal the line went dead. So I now have to call and wait for another 20mins to do that

Initially i thought the business and product was suitable but after 1 week i was informed my policy cist wiuld jump by 20% due to a historical claim. I spoke with my past insurer Churchill who couldn't have been more helpful to check the records and provide One Call with the evidence required. I'm wary in this day and age of companies who remove funds from a bank without authorisation when a database has incorrect information. The jury is very much still out on One Call as business behaviour like this is quite unethical

The consultant who dealt with my issue was 5 star but the company one call ins gets a poor rating.

Slow and gave me the wrong information. It started from the previous conversation on Monday. Shocking service and please to be with a different insurer

Never had issues in 20 years proving no claims with other insurers but One Call making me feel like I'm lying (I'm not). Not easy to deal with as no phone number and only chat facility-agent helpful but I'm still very disappointed so wouldn't choose them again.

I have never encountered such a long convoluted telephone system ever before. It repeatedly advises you to go online. I did that. The online advise said-phone up..?! Eventually got to speak with someone. Sorted in 50secs. Shame it took 30mins to speak with them. Very poor service. Employ some people!? Person i eventually spoke with was great.

I was most annoyed to be kept waiting for enough time to get undressed, take a shower, before the renewal team answered the phone. Not good enough.

My only contact with One Call has been on the telephone - waited ages + no one responded so put the phone down. The chat service was not much better - the person to whom I was 'chatting' seemed impatient and was not friendly or especially helpful. Heaven forbid I should be in an accident !

For a company called One Call I waited nearly 20 minutes the agent couldn't deal with my request and told me to call back...should be called Wait and two call!

The waiting time is 15mins +. Too many options on the phone when you just want to talk to operator for help. Payment was confirmed by operator then received email advising declined. Have tried for 2 days to rectify this getting again waiting over 15mins at one stage was 35 in a queue.

I wanted to notify One Call about a change of address on my car insurance. They were difficult to contact, the online chat didn't work for much of the day and telephones were busy. They advertise that you can make changes on your portal but many of these are not available at the moment. When I got through on the online chat the advisor said it would have been cheaper to amend the policy on the portal, but as it isn't they would charge £39 admin to make any changes to the policy. This is unreasonable and doesn't reflect the work required the process the amendment which too a couple of minutes.
