Very disappoint with the hard sell phone call I received on 23 sep 19.

After speaking to one of the staff on the phone initially, and then driving for a week, get a message saying they've not been able to confirm my details. Nothing has changed in the last 6 years! It makes me wonder if their systems are up to date and trustworthy.

Keep trying to get through on the live chat to speak to some one about my policy. I've been on 3 different chats with different departments and got no where. Each advisor keeps telling me something different. It's all well and good of them to keep pushing the live chats - which I prefer only for me to sit here having wasted over an hour of my time trying to sort things out only to then be told to call. I really, really don't like calling. I hate being put on hold for long periods of time - especially with 3 young children to care for. Live chats are so much easier. This has not been a very good experience at all. I won't be renewing with them.

The lady on the phone was helpful at getting the portal access sorted out for me. I then proceeded with this and had to do live chat to change the vehicle in all it has take over 1 hour which is horrendous. This could have all be done on the original phone call and taken less that 10 minutes. The length of time between the answers from the live chat assistant to myself was terrible. They even tried to tell me it was change off address and not vehicle. Shocking service through live chat. He even closed the chat before i could see the final message that he had sent. Absolutely shocking customer service. Curtis was the adviser on live chat.....

It took 15 minutes to change address - which then cost me £15 - I tried to do this on-line but the service is not available. Not very "platinum"

Appalling spent 20 minutes on telephone to be told go on we chat another 20 minutes and I clicked wrong link back into web chat another 10 minutes wait. To be told a horrendous price for adding my son onto insurance policy for one month. Not sure will be using one call again.

Auto answer went on and on and I ended up selecting 6 different options. Got thru' after 10/12 mins waiting, only to be told by a male that I needed to be transferred. Waited ages for an answer and was eventually dealt with by a professional lady.

Probably the only time I have regretted a purchase within a week. Snottily worded letters sent saying cancellation was imminent with 24 hours to respond... Not even a minimum standard of politeness. Let's see how nice they get at renewal time....

Disappointed the Live Chat was down, it told me this after I had filled everything in to alter my insurance. Frustrating because I was told on the automated phone system prior to trying Live Chat that using the phone cost me more - but I had no choice. Good service over the phone, but unimpressed at having to pay more because Liuve Chat was too busy. There was also an unreasonable increase in my insurance in changing from a 2000 Defender 130 to a 1997 Defender 90 and the reasons given were invalid.

its a good web site but there are a lot of extras added which you would expect as standard like uninsured drivers (and whey would you need home start ) you just need to keep your battery charged up winter time. plus towing you to the nearest garage or service station was always standard practice . that all cars should have a motion camera on the front screen to record accidents.

The online service is awful, cut me off 3 times, did the on line chat, not availabe. Very frustrating, been trying for 2 days. Telephone rc2 most helpful, excellent

I Brought a new car which is not found on the one call system.. no help on portal... on line chat was no help. ended up phoning which took 25 mins.. ended up insuring with different model car till their system is updated... been with them for years... not happy.

Constantly texting me .I have updated my UK full license and shared it too many times..now they are going to cancal my policy after all that.dont know weather I'm covered or not for my car .on the day I'm having my operation. . received a letter confirming....Pass????
