Website difficult to navigate, no email address, 'instant' chat far from instant, 8 days after purchase still receiving correspondence. Not happy with service, cancelled and went back to previous insurer.

The web chat wouldn't open up. Had problem submitting driving licence details. Eventually spoke to customer service. Had to get code from dvla. Pity website didn't say I need code.

I phoned change car as only had policy for 14 days bit price to expensive, to be told 59 cancellation and the Amount for insurance used. I was told cancellation was busy and someone would phone me straight back and try get better deal no phone call back.

The online chat wouldn't open up. I couldn't get online form to accept my driving licence details although it accepted my NCB details. If company is aware of this problem perhaps it should be looked into and corrected. Customer services said it is a problem for most. After many calls...dvla and one call I managed to get it sorted by providing a check code. Perhaps your website should indicate this is needed. Would save phone call to one call then dvla then one call again. Not had issues like this before with any insurance company.

2 things: - Ridiculous cost for adding my father as a named driver so he could take my car to be sold. This is a standard service for most underwriters and I was surprised when I heard it wasn't allowed with the underwriters you use. - The cancellation fee was very high. - I don't want to be contacted by the finance companies you use - I just want to deal with OneCall. This has caused extra confusion as when I cancelled Close Brothers contacted me saying there was an additional £200 approx of payments to still make to them directly. The person on the phone for one call advised that I contact them directly. I shouldn't really have to do this.

The quote for car insurance with my 24 year old son added as an additional driver was ridiculous! I have since cancelled my insurance with you and managed to get another policy for only £60 a year more instead of £1400. Even including the cancellation fee i have still saved another couple of years insurance money!

I have no idea what has happened with my claim and i can only assume that you are not persuing the other party. I am happy my car has been repaired quickly but am not sure what the consequences of the claim will be when it comes to renewing in January

I had a fraudulent person taking money out of my account and when I asked onecall about it they knew nothing and didn't even want to take the matter further.

Automatic renewal £480 called up reduced to £340 if I went direct debt so I did now struggling to get my money refunded. You shouldn’t put you’re customers through this!

i was charge for a change of address after being with your company for years, and yet again next years renewal has gone up by £100

I' ve paid for house insurance online and 24 hours later I have not received any kind of acknowledgement of One Call having received my payment. Right now, I don't know whether they accepted my payment or whether the insurance has gone through or not. A relatively quick acknowledgement of receipt of payment would be appreciated. Thank you

As an older customer of One Call Insurance who I have been with for the past year I have found all your team very quick thinking & not very tolerant. I don't think I will be renewing withe yourselves & I will not be recommending your service to any of my friends.

Asked how to get my insurance schedule operater promised to send it immediately by email instead she sold me more package of excess reducer and still waiting for schedule which requested by the mortgage company!! Frustrating
