“I popped into the Portal to update my details for a new car. After being placed through to chat with Bethany G...it was PLAIN sailing for me. Bethany went through various questions with me making the process as easy as possible no complications no ambiguity...just plain and simple. Bethany was quick and efficient covering my existing claim so I knew what extras I was taking on board with little to no confusion.
