“I spoke to Jordan JE7-Jordan today about my renewal. She answered all my queries clearly and concisely and was most helpful. She was very pleasant and efficient and dealt with my queries quickly. I'd also add that the ringback service to save you waiting in a queue for ages actually worked, which is not the case with all companies. Thankyou Jordan for your help, much appreciated”

“Had to change my car details today and the customer service advisor (LB5) was extremely helpful. They talked me through all of the options and gave me a good understanding of the process. The only negative, and this is a reflection on the company and not you staff, is that you will be losing a customer when my renewal comes around as you are not competitive in your pricing.”
