BC1 assisted me via the online chat today as I had some questions about my renewal and payment schedule. Service was quick friendly and informative. They also made me aware of my current breakdown cover and gave information that i could upgrade to a better option overall cover for an extra small monthly fee on my account . I thought this was a great deal so decide to upgrade on their advice . Thanks for the help and assistance today I am very happy with my service !

Bb7 Ben was smart and on the job straight away. He understood the problem and dealt with it well. Quickly. He offered options and followed them up again quickly. He was friendly and thoughtful. As an aside the charges for closing an account which had nothing to do with Ben were excessive and never outlined when I took up the cover. The refund on an annual payment made less than a month ago was/is too much. I had thought of switching other auto insurance to One Call. But will not do so. And home contents. Nope. Let alone buildings insurance on a property i own. Not that either. But Bens care and attention was top of the range. Ivan Richardson

Leanne called back as arranged as I wasn’t quite organised. She was very patient having to repeat herself (I wear hearing aids) and we had the call on loud speaker so my husband can hear all that’s said and agreed to. She saved us money and was extremely knowledgable and efficient. Can’t fault her in any way.

I contacted One Call today to update and make changes to my car insurance policy. I spoke with an agent by the name of Tommy. He was very helpful and made everything so easy and he was very efficient and informative of what the updates meant. Gave me a new policy price at the end of the call, which made me very pleased I had made the call. Excellent service. I would recommend One Call to anyone needing insurance.

I found it stressful trying to sort out details online and upload documents through a portal. It was a great relief to be able to speak to someone on the phone (in my case it was Ben - BB7) and get all the support and assistance that I needed as I was quite stressed at the time.
