“Having been with One call for many years I was delighted today when I contacted the Chat service with CW2 and was rewarded with a more competitive quotation for my car insurance. The chat service is easy to use although at times you have to wait for an operator to be available but it is well worth the wait.”

“Had problems trying to register my new car that i will pick up on Saturday.Portal did not recognise the registration of the new car as it is only 2 days old. However I called customer services and was put through to BB7. BB7 sorted the problem quickly. Very professional and brilliant customer service. Thanks again BB7”
