“After initially being very annoyed with One Protect (it's the same as One Call it turns out) as they wouldn't accept an email as a no claims bonus, and so they were going to up my premium, get rid of my No Claims and charge an admin service cost for the privilege. I eventually got them the precious document they required and Live chatted to Jordan JL4 who sorted it all out promptly and without a service charge (at least I'm currently led to believe). So the 5 stars are solely for Jordan. Thanks again!”

“Hi, today I chatted with Joshua H who was very patient with me (I’m not technical at all). I needed to give new details for my account - he dealt with that no problem! He then advised me about better cover that I could be benefiting from and explained it all to me. He was very professional - definitely knew his job and I was very grateful for all the above as I don’t find insurance policies etc the easiest to navigate my way around. This gentleman is clearly an asset to One Call Insurance.”
