“Ref WG1 I called to advise that I would not be renewing my current insurance policy that expires at the end of the month. I gave William all the details and he came back with a fresh quote that was really good. I have now decided thanks to William to renew my policy with One Call Insurance. William was a very articulate young man with very good customer awareness skills. He is a credit to your organisation.”
