“BB7- Ben was very helpful when wanting to change my car insurance to van insurance. He was polite and friendly and took the time to answer any questions we had. As I was unsure at the time if my van would be ready for collection the following day due to an MOT, Ben said he would be happy to speak with us the following day to complete the insurance purchase. We called the following day and Ben ensured he was available to speak with me again Thanks for your help Ben!”

“I wanted to cancel my auto renew as I no longer wished to continue having cover with one call at this time, I spoke to EG5 and he was very helpful, polite and understanding!! He offered to see if he could better the renewal companies quote and did everything he could to try to help me stay BUT with out trying the Hard sell that some companies use!! I left saying I would call back in January for a quote for my car insurance and I will as I always try companies I have had insurance with before as some times at a later date they may be able to offer a better quote!! Thanks again EG5, pleasure talking to you and you were very helpful as well”

“I had online chat with Lewis ( EW9) about a query about my car insurance. My questions were answered adequately clearly and I was provided with documents to confirm the information. “LE6.Leanne Warren-le6 'TEAM TIKI' I called to renew my motor insurance policy with One call Insurance this evening. Leanne was knowledgeable and professional in renewing my policy pointing out areas where I might save money on my Premium and also offering enhancements that were clearly a benefit. I was very happy with my renewal Premium which was barely a few pounds more than my 2025/6 policy with enhanced benefits..”
