“I just dealt with IS1 who was very efficient answered my questions and checked to see how they could benefit my policy even gave me advice regarding this which I have accepted and taken out the extra cover for breakdown. Would recommend One Call to everyone.”

“Talked to PS1 who did their best despite being hampered by the software. There were numerous anomalies on my statement of fact but the chat system does not really allow them to be listed sensibly and checks connection whilst I am still typing, which results in my having to send consecutive messages to get the whole message sent which the agent is unaware of and starts to reply before I have finished. In the end I got a reduced quote which I was pleasantly surprised about.”

“RW2, I’ve been a platinum customer with you for a number of years and today unfortunately i had to phone you to ask how to cancel my insurance. I spoke to RW2 who was so helpful and informative and explained everything in how I cancel it. I’m getting a motability car which will already insured when I collect it.Again thank you One Call Insurance”
