My home insurance was due for renewal and the monthly repayments had almost doubled. I was able to find a cheaper insurance deal on a comparison website. When I went to cancel with my current insurers via One Call, ML2 was the rep who managed to get me an even better deal than what I was initially cancelling for - very close to what I was paying the previous year! This is what online chat services are suppose to feel like - helpful and worthwhile! I am very grateful for ML2's care and professionalism

I used the online chat to submit driving details and was helped by EW2, who was fast, efficient and resolved everything without issue. The customer service was excellent. Constructive feedback for ONECALL Please reconsider the tone and timing of messages that request driving licence information. Receiving communications that imply cancellation before you’ve actually asked for the data feels threatening and is likely to frustrate customers. A clearer, friendlier approach would be to ask for the information first, explain why it’s needed, and provide a reasonable deadline and simple instructions for submitting it. That would encourage cooperation and preserve the positive experience your agents are clearly delivering.
