“Kg9 was available straight away and did her best to help me but my insurance company was infexable and would not cover what I needed so Kg9 and I could not do what I needed to do today. Kg9 has given me a phone number to find out who my insurance company is and I will not be using that company again. I have never had a problem before and am stumped how this company is so infexable. I have been with onecall for many many years as my broker and will continue to use them but will make sure in future that I can amend when I need to with my next insurance compny.”
