“LE6 Leanne was excellent, knowledgable and very efficient.... after initially being on hold the system allowed for a call back, which is way better than listening to that poor background music.... once on with Leanne she got right to it and save me even more money that the initial renewal thanks to the 3 year fixed price guarantee. Cheers Leanne, well done.”

“One Call Advisor 'SS9' dealt promptly with my on line chat and saved me £42 on my renewal price for my classic Ford Escort. Renewal price paid was just over £86 from the initial quote of around £128. Well done and worth the wait on the on line chat which went down from 76th in line to me being next which was about an hour. Both my Classic Ford Escorts are insured via One Call Insurance and keeps everything in the one place. Especially as I have 7 cars in the household and the insurance details are usually a nightmare to keep up to speed, as I always use Confused.com for my insurance needs and usually change each car each year to different insurers if the renewal quote is well over my latest quotes from the Confused.com website etc.”
