“Excellent customer service from EG4 After a frustrating experience trying to upload my no-claims discount evidence through the online portal, I contacted One Call's live chat and was assisted by EG4. She was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. She accepted my documentation through the chat, resolved the issue and arranged for the additional charges to be removed, restoring my original monthly payments. After a stressful afternoon trying to sort everything out, it was a relief to have someone resolve the problem so efficiently. Thank you, EG4, for your excellent assistance!”
