So hard to get through to someone ! Then she gives you a link to payment page you click it loose the whole chat then have to start all over again with live chat !!!

Terrible clearly it was copy and paste On the other end of the phone for your personnel. Every-time I asked for a temporary car insurance quote I was told this was not possible under my car insurance however every sentence that followed and this was repeated three times asking me for either temporary or long term cover. Clearly my questions were not read

Took ages to answer. Web chat only and the price for changing address was extortionate. Very unhappy will not be using again.

Not happy at all! Spoke to viki v3 yesterday still waiting on call back ? Spoke to claire T today she ended the chat while I was told to put my details in now can’t get anyone to speak to. Tried phoning but apparently they haven’t got anyone to answer phones

My operator TW4 didn`t really know anything about what I was asking him. Surely as an insurance company you should be up to date with the government policies & procedures with covid 19 & what is & isn`t acceptable for Mot`s

03/08/2020 Called chat line to cancel car insurance that I agreed too 2hrs previous was charged £49.99 cancellation fee on a policy that was not to take effect until 31/08/2020 Documents were not even on my account when I cancelled. What a rip off

Phoned to cancel policy as I had sold my car, but could only do online chat which was okay once I got the right person. Although she was polite, I was charged an exorbitant amount to cancel the policy, so despite the policy still having four months on it, they told me I wasn’t entitled to any refund at all. You never win against an insurance company!

All I wanted to do was change the address on my policy, should be easy to do through the portal but no I have to go through chat. Took way too long to sort out

I was very disappointed with the service I received from One Call Insurance. I know we are in strange times now, but I sold my car on Thursday, it took 3 days to get through to a chat line to discuss as the car I purchased was not covered by my current insurer. I ended up having to take a short term policy with the garage to cover me while I sorted this out. When I did get through One Call promised to come back to me within 24 hours and they did not, neither did they cancel the existing policy as requested, Eventually I got through to someone who was able to cancel the existing policy and even refunded the cancellation fee as a good will gesture which was appreciated. I went elsewhere for insuring my new car, which BTW was not a high powered or high price car and I am over 50 so I was surprised my existing insurer did not cover the vehicle, as I was concerned that if I had a claim I might receive similar poor service. However the person I chatted with eventually (BH3) was very helpful and did make the gesture of no cancellation fee, so there was some redemption.

Sorted my insurance out but then took me to pay an admin fee and asked for a ref number which I did not have as it was a live chat . When pressed back to try and find it , it logged me out of the chat and couldn’t get back in

Wait time on web chat, as no telephone service was horrendous. 1st webchat after 20mins logged me out and the second time was around 35 minutes and then about 20 minutes for the 2 questions to be answered by giving out another telephone number

We were unable to change our insurance from one vehicle to another. If we cancelled despite having 4 months left to run we would have been refunded only £12!

Hi Just spoke with tm2. I explained my wife whom I wish to add to my policy has held a USA drivers license for 25 years and only has this USA drivers license. Tm2 sent me a link via email to the online quote page which I had already confirmed I had already used. This link to the self service portal for temporary cover is no use as it wont allow you to enter a foreign drivers license such as USA license. So I just wasted 45 minutes and got nowhere. I need my wife to drive starting 8th August 2020 .. this is urgent please advise? Kind Regards Andrew Eversden
