My insurance for the next 2 months jumped by 50 quid plus 25 admin for changing the policy to a similar car. Even though I already got quotes off other brokers when I was thinking of buying the car and it was exactly the same per year. They know they have you over a barrel when your changing your car but your screwed. Plus they have no phone lines open. I know it's a pandemic but other companies have people answering phones still. They are just greedy

The live chat service kicks you out as soon as you move off it even when you go to the portal to pay. I got kicked out 4 times and had to start all over again from the start. Not very impressed

I took a One Call home insurance policy via the Confused.com website. The address details were correct on Confused but incomplete on One Call. I tried many times to chat to them. Either the link was dead or if I did get through I was told Home Insurance was unavailable. The telephone lines went to a message only. It took a couple of days before I was able to get through to chat and then instead of a simple addition to the address, the flat number, the operative wanted to go through the entire quote again. I asked for a copy of the chat, which I never received and never received any email confirming the full address. However when I went online they had amended the address. I worry about how you contact this company if you have a claim? Once this insurance runs out I will stay clear of them next year.

Quick response but I kept losing the chat when moving across the screen so very difficult to continue flow of chat, Needed to re-enter and chat with a new person.

Connor T ok was trying to be helpfull; Tyler W seemed to get great satisfaction in finding out what account to debit rather than take my apology for the oversight in not mentioning a speeding fine which I hold my handsupto. Must have been a senior moment. My comment about the admin fee was not even considered.

Won’t be coming back to this insurance company as we have been quoted extortionate price for a new vehicle. The insurance has doubled for a car with 300 more horse power, just don’t get it

Too dear and one bloke quoted a price and in ringing back to tell them to cancel renewal another bloke got.it 60 cheaper within an hour. Disgraceful

Whilst EP7 resolved my query today, it shouldn't have been necessary for me to contact you at all. I will be changing my car on 5 August and completed your on-line form, including paying the extra cost of insurance and admin fee. However, checking on the Portal that all was in order, I found that my new vehicle registration was the only one showing, which led me to question whether my current vehicle was still insured; hence my need to contact you. No phone contact was available, and the questions I was obliged to answer to access an on-line chat were irrelevant to my query. All in all a very unsatisfactory customer service.
