I received a quote for £749 which you then stated Onecall couldn't improved upon. In an online comparison it came back for Onecall at about £480. How very surprising! As it happens I bought insurance with same spec at £301, so your quote at 2.5 times dearer was atrocious!!

I have paid to have the address of my motorbike and car changed and only my car has been done on the portal. This is even after being assured by your online chat team that both had been done. Why why why is incompetency so prevalent.

I required to start a live chat session as after paying for my car insurance I got the following message on the website "Your policy is currently in the process of being set up, as soon as we have finalised your insurance your documents will appear in here. You are not insured until your documents appear here. If you require immediate cover please speak to one of our live chat agents". Live chats sessions require long waits. Once I got on the live chat the Person was very helpful. Policy had to be confirmed via the live chat but on the One call website the policy documents take up to 24 hours to appear. Think the process could be better but no issues with Live chat person I had contact with who was very helpful.

every time i spoke to someone they were in a hurry, they were not relaxed in their conversation an seemed as if they had no time

I have been with one call for a few years and have always been happy with the service. On this occasion I was trying to get a better quote as my insurance had gone up and the young man was not really prepared to do anything to help apart from be dismissive of another quote from another company and I felt he was not really willing to help, and his tone of voice influenced my decision to cancel my insurance, and find another company

No phone option and the online portal is still not working, so poor overall! Chat was ok, but had to wait 30 minutes. ve3 (Vikki) on chat dealt a driver change with quickly once connected so good for her.

I find you have a lack of information regarding a recent claim. You are called one call insurance but you are not an insurance company, you are a broker which I didn't realise when I started the policy. Too many middle men in this world. You were not helpful at all and charge a ridiculous admin fee for changes on the policy and unable to clarify why premiums go up but never down

This rating is based upon the fact that it was nearly impossible to cancel my policy. Phone lines weren’t manned, only live chat available which was very frustrating. Spent an hour and a half trying to cancel my policy. The staff I spoke to on the claim number Jason, was very helpful and requested his colleague call me back but nobody did and I eventually got through via live chat.

Not very helpful. Just needed to change my insurance from a new car that was arriving late, back to my old car. Cd6 advises me to submit all the details, thus giving me a quote for 6 days at £75!!!! When in fact all I needed to do was just change it back to the old car for an administration charge of £24!! Not good customer service!!

Found it very difficult to change policies from a van to a car with live chat Sat in my new car in dealership car park for 2-hours for a call back that never came ended up having to insure car online Don't understand why onecall are not opening their call centres when most other companies are This could have been sorted in minutes by phone instead of the week that it took I have insured my vehicles with this company for a number of years not sure if I will use them next year

Trying to change my car whilst keeping a cherished number! The call handler was great. The costs were imho astronomical. No fault of the agent but I would not insure with this company ever again. Something I feel so strong about I have terminated the policy and gone elsewhere.

I did not want to renew my policy with one call insurance and gave plenty of notice to stop the re-newell. I was told that this had been stopped and have it in writing from live chat. One call failed to cancel this and took my money for the next premium without my permission. I then had to do another live chat as you can not get hold of them on the telephone to ask for a refund.

This is the second time I have had to use the live chat and again I have had to leave it for someone else to correct and contact me. My customer portal says I don't have any live policies when I have two cars covered. At least I now have had the policies emailed to me.It is around 2 weeks since I was promised things would be sorted but clearly they haven't been. I am very disappointed .

okay but very difficult to talk to about anything, webchat is useless, they will not answer phones, COVID? they have over 3 months to put a system in place, email addresses impossible to find
