After Adam called me I decided to up a star 10 out of 10 for trying but the fact is that I needed someone to call me yesterday when I was at screaming point. Sorry but still not impressed with customer service. Too little too late. I've lost all faith in One Call.

I set out the criteria I wanted and I checked reviews for One Call before I bought the policy. After entering the payment details, I was then told I had the basic cover and it was actually quite crappy cover ( i have never had breakdown cover with a sub charge) and there was additional charges to make it what I would call normal or basic cover. POOR and I am tired tonight but I have 14 days to change my mind and tomorrow I may well be doing that!

unable to get into portal,site refusing to aknowledge my email address and/or security. I cant even contact by phone,hopeless. My morgage company are not impressed that one call ....isnt.

The system really doesn't work that well first I got cut off from the first operator.so had to view again .so it's taken over an hour as some people are not very good on computers.there should be a phone number as well. Operator ae4 was very helpful though once I got through.

Bit confusing as phone number is closed and only way to make changes to your policy is to get on live chat. Website says that customers can do changes comfortably using portal. I could have done address change myself but forced to use live chat to pay extra for same service.

Don’t feel reassured that my query is resolved. Was in process of typing a reply when the live chat was cut off. Would have preferred to have spoken to someone.

The handling of my query by the assistant was fine. Unfortunately the excessively long monologue prior to the assistant coming on, and the final monotribe attributed to T&Cs were unwarranted and unnecessary. A waste of time. Put it in writing if you have to but don't take up our time on the phone.

All telephone lines are .....'closed' Customer Service ....'doesn't exist.' live chat....virtually impossible. On a positive note..... the price was right.

Very difficult to find the Live Chat button to be able to communicate with anyone. CA1 did resolve my issue but I had to pay more for one car than I was paying for two! I'm not happy!

I contacted you but still dont know if the problem has been sorted , a phone number would be great , that way i would have spoken to someone tnay could have helped me resolve the problem .

The password rule process is incorrect, it said 6 or more digits and it ends up after i failed attempt after another, that 10 are needed. It took hours from paying to being able to actually being insured. There was a hard and persistent sell for personal accident cover. There was no certificate or schedule in my portal. It was hard work arranging to have my documents posted to me. Very poor service and probably the last time I use your company for that reason

Just paid for cover. They ask me to enter a password to activate my account, no password rules are given except more than 6 digits. I use 8 digits, include a capital letter, a number and a symbol and it is not accepted as it is not strong enough. It doesn't say why or how I can improve it so I have paid, but impossible to get cover activated.

Just taken out insurance on my car paid for it then at the end they started adding on all these extras, why wasn’t this made clear when completing the cover. They don’t make it clear you are only getting basic cover on your breakdown and NO home start andonly to 2 free recoveries then excess of £20 per callout.

no phone call number sig up then wanted to cancel thay wanted to charge me £50 to cancel lt hade not started for s weeks no verry brack down cover is rubbish

I found it very difficult to contact you. The portal is not very clear and helpful, there’s no clear numbers or live chat feature. But once I got the live chat thanks to Google search not your website I got the information I needed from an agent who was very helpful and polite she was the best part of my experience.
