Not impressed!! After the cooling off period I received two letters threatening to cancel my policy. I gave my NI no and my licence details when buying the policy. I was never asked for proof of NC discount. Then they lost the first lot and threatened to cancel. I called and spoke to a very rude man who was no help at all. Then I had to scan in my NC bonus letter and spent 2 days trying to get it to the insurer. Tried the online chat and was 10th in the que..Eventually the operator agreed to send me a link after saying they don't accept email. Wish I had stayed with Hastings direct

Felt rushed and confused, the operator seemed to be irritated with me. Iam still not sure that I am getting the best deal and am still considering the AA offer.

Your live chat simply cuts out when the operator wishes to do so. The answer to whether we will get a Green card is not yet forthcoming. There is no obvious telephone number (you provide at least three) that should be used for informing One Call of our intention of travelling abroad. Preferably we should be given an email address which can be used for this basic information. Though why you need it beats me.

27th in queue for call yesterday so used talk and not given all info. Today’s talk was curt. Following call waited 8 minutes for answer! Sorted now!

The customer service person was not helpful. Coudn’t demonstrate any understanding around the question she was asked. Therefore, she could not explain clearly.

It is impossible to either speak to anyone on the phone or via live chat, I am currently no. 23 in the queue! I have received letters saying my car insurance will be cancelled if I don't send documents off, why ws I not advised of the requirements when I took the policy out? Never again

Terrible customer service. Very lot wait to answer phone and then timed out and had to redial. Only company to charge for changing reg number but not the vehicle. Cheapish but not cheerful. Avoid unless price is everything.

Renewal paperwork didn’t come so they just renewed tried to email but that didn’t work so had to call and waited nearly 10 mins to speak to someone.

Really poor service. Recently bought a policy through them after being directed there through compare the market and wanted to set up another policy. I eventually found a number to call them as I'd tried to do a quote on their site but it doesn't apply 2nd car discount. The person I spoke to was rude and unhelpful and the best quote they offered was double what I've already received!!

Not happy that renewal notice was some £60 dearer than previous year, one phone call and it was suddenly reduced by £40??? Suspect that it is hoped that customers just renew without checking

onecall ncreased my insurance by almost 20 pound a month with out any reason. normally when you renew your insurance it should decrease. now when i want start chating about my one year no bonous claim letter they keep offing me. i think it is my right to get and it is your duty to provide that letter. egnoring is not good.

Operator very helpful .....getting through is a nightmare though. Got my renewal price down though.....not sure whether to renew though due to extremely long wait times to speak to someone......

I just wanted to talk to an advisor, the live chat was v long winded, I don’t feel it was any quicker. The link to the payment crashed more than once the whole process seemed to take forever

Called to cancel my automatic repayment as I had found a cheaper quote elsewhere, the call handler was abrupt and not really interested in me as a customer - bordering on rude.
