Just carnt get through takes forever

The person I talked to today did fine. The low relates to the no of times I have had to phone. I work 08:00 to 20:00so had to call you in my breaks 5 times I tried jumping through hoops to get the right department then being on hold and having to put phone down as my half hour break was over. Today I phoned as soon as I finished work again went through the press this press that. Eventually got to speak to a human who told me because my renewal was for "PLATINUM" I WOULD HAVE TO PHONE A DIFFERENT NO. "My reply was less than polite so I was put through to the department and Sat sitting in another queue

Not happy with the renewal policy which changes the direct debit date. If I changed it in the previous year it was obviously for a reason so I don’t see why it can’t stay the same. This has now caused me hardship this month with £38 worth of charges.

I asked One Call customer services to do market price check of my renewal quote, she would not do this & just took off the £30 broker fee. I called back again & asked a market price check again & I explained last person did not do this, so she did a check & I saved £70.19. Make sure they do a market check not just take off £30 brokers fee!!!!

Sending me a letter to say about how I have said my no claims years do not come to same years as you have worked out No happy being charged more money Try phoning first to talk about the situation I am a new customer and this has been a big deal for me to sort out as this is my first time doing it on my own

Policy bought online yesterday, Saturday 23rd, changed my mind, called, eventually got through, policy not due to start until Tuesday, they still wanted to charge me 49 pounds...they dropped it to 25 pounds..cooling off period is 14 days,And the policy not even starts till Tuesday..Legal enquiries starting...shocking way to treat potential customers..

Cocked Up my policy details and when I tried to cancel the call handler was not listening to my with I want to cancel renewal and cut me off with no thanks for your custom ! Policy £200 dearer

My wife had a minor accident recently and over the next few days I ended up speaking to four companies and spent quite a few hours on the phone. My car was on my driveway for 2 weeks when they eventually came it took them two days to repair and my courtesy car must have cost a lot of money. It appears that one calls insurance was just to pass the claim on

I spoke to this lady carly I think her name was very polite and helpful I've done everything one call has advised me to do and it's all wrong and making me look bad I'm not happy with the platinum service I'm getting and dread to think what normal persons get treated like .

I asked for a quote before buying a new car today. Then I rang up to renew the policy with my new car and asked for a named driver to be removed. This in turn pushed up the monthly price by over £4. How can removing a named driver work out more expensive? I also had to pay £15 for the admin fee! I feel I have been very unfairly treated and will look for an alternative insurer even though I have been a platinum customer for many years

Although I’m happy with my cover, I have a platinum policy and have swapped my vehicle over. Wait times are to long, nothing was explained, wrong bank details were used. Iv had to call around 5 times to try and get things sorted. A week after making the change I log onto my customer portal to find it says I was still insured on my old car 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Got a good revised quote after conversation on phone, but had to call at least 4 times to request the paperwork for checking. It never arrived so had to cancel and go with AA

Not impressed!! After the cooling off period I received two letters threatening to cancel my policy. I gave my NI no and my licence details when buying the policy. I was never asked for proof of NC discount. Then they lost the first lot and threatened to cancel. I called and spoke to a very rude man who was no help at all. Then I had to scan in my NC bonus letter and spent 2 days trying to get it to the insurer. Tried the online chat and was 10th in the que..Eventually the operator agreed to send me a link after saying they don't accept email. Wish I had stayed with Hastings direct
