Have a KNOWHOW warranty with Currys for my tumble dryer called them out to notify of the problem on Monday had an engineer come out today on Friday. Engineer has disconnected the tumble dryer because the mains lead filter has burnt out and the part is now not available until next Wednesday. So I am now without a tumble dryer for well over a week and in this weather with a family I rely on this tumble dryer to get my clothes dry. Phones Currys and asked if there's anything they could do like lonely a tumble dryer or any compensation for me Hunter take time out of work today and again on Wednesday and they just weren't interested. You pay for a warranty to get things fixed when things can't be fixed on a timely manner then they just don't want to know. No Goodwill offered not a very friendly customer service experience, thank goodness I haven't got my boiler warranty with them otherwise they would leave us in a cold house for well over a week.

I ordered a fire stick in selly oak store three days ago. Today the store called me to pick it up. When I get there in the evening, the customer service refused to give me the goods that I have paid. I showed them my ID, my previous emails but they wanted me to go back home to get the paper receipt. In the digital era, I keep all receipts in my mobile phone. This is happening in a store selling digital goods! Perhaps they should close down the store and pass the savings to the customers in future.

Ordered a fridge freezer from Currys - price competitive and offered recycle service. Had to plan a whole day off for free delivery though. New fridge freezer turns up and installed, though delivery people then said they had no room on the van (even though they had just dropped one off). Promised to come back next day to collect, didn't turn up. Days later FINALLY got through to a rude, unhelpful, unsympathetic customer services agent. Eventually got a response on the phone that they had no schedule to pickup item I'd paid £20 for to collect and recycle. NOR could they rearrange a collection - so basically had been lied to, cheated on my decision to purchase with them, and rude, impersonal conversation for 40 minutes to get absolutely nowhere. I don't write reviews - this is an urgent message out to other people from someone really concerned about this company.

Paid extra for timed delivery of am when we went on to tracking our slot had been changed to when we couldn't be in. Tried to telephone 50 mins. wait on phone so went to store long queue someone said they had been two hours! Will never buy from curry again all though sales staff were very good let down by delivery and installation team.

Probably the worst costumer service across the UK. Unacceptable experience considering the brand. The costumer service did not deliver what Curry's promised. My wife ans I are still waiting for them to call us back as they promised. We are also waiting for a refund. I tried calling them but every time I call them they make me wait an unreasonable amount of time - minimum 30 minutes- and they never have answer for us. Their behaviour is rude as it feels like they do not care. I am considering never buying from them again and advise others to do the same.

Bought a fridge freezer, it was never delivered. 2 hours after my slot (9pm on a sunday night) got a phone call to say they couldn't deliver and they booked me for a redelivery. That also never turned up, so we rang them. After 20 minutes on hold it transpires they lied and never actually booked us in. Needless to say we cancelled the order on the spot

I have bought product twice, because of curry's website freeze when it was changing to security mode. Customer service assured me about, that I can collect one pack and after two weeks money for second one will be send back to my account. Two months passed off and I did not hear even sorry from currys. Be careful with them, mess in their data causes a lot of problems, their own staff does not know what happens with parcels. Using DPD couriers propably makes it even worse.

I ordered a dishwasher to be delivered on Sunday. Had to telephone Currys to find out if my order had been accepted as the email did not clarify this. Received an email on Sunday 7.09 to say it would be arriving between 8.45 and 12.45. Even though I had been led to believe that orders were sent out from 7.00am on Sunday. Delivery arrived and we spent 2 hours installing dishwasher to find there was a leak on the machine. Teleponed Currys and waited 30 mins for an operator. Was told that I would have to wait until the next day as the driver had not arrived back at the depot and that someone would phone me in the afternoon of the next day. By 4.00pm I had still not received a call. I telephoned and waited for 40 mins before my call was answered. The operator said I had to telephone Kenwood for a number I refused and told him that he would have to do it so he put me on hold and cut me off. I telephoned back and this time had to wait another 30 mins for the call to be anwered. This time I got someone more helpful however when I asked him if I could speak to a Senior member of staff I was told that he would not speak to me. Then their computer system crashed and my order was apparently the cause of it so they could not give me a new date. The operator did phone me back 1 hour later to tell me he could do nothing but would chase up the order the next day and get a quick delivery date. The next day I received a text telling me that my order would be delivered Friday 1 December. Some time later the second operator phoned me to confirm this but could not give me a time only that it would be between 9 and 11. I paid for this dishwasher on 14 November so Currys have had my money in their bank and I had no customer service from them whatsover.

My delivery arrangement was confirmed on the trac-it site which told me that the fridge freezer was on its way. It did not arrive. There was no phone call from a driver/ delivery person to tell me about a problem, apologise or tell me that I would receive delivery tomorrow or even later tonight. The track-it telephone number is not helpful. It stops working at eight in the evening and a call before then leaves the caller with the endlessly repeated message that an agent would answer shortly. I have no idea what to do or what currys want me to do.This is the opposite of good business practice in every respect I can think of.

I paid £9.95 for a 3-5pm delivery slot on a Sunday. I had an email confirming my order and was looking forward to getting my purchase in a couple of hours time. My delivery slot came and went and I tried to contact Currys to find out what my order was but all customer services lines were now closed. I went on line and found that I could track my order online all I had to Do was click the link in my confirmation email for the courier company and I could see where it was. There is no link on the email at all so I'm left very annoyed and let down. I will now have to wait till the morning to talk to someone about it. I will not be using Currys again and will be advising all my family and friends to avoid them as well.

After nine attempts to deliver and install a range oven I now have an oven that is slow, noisy and only heats from the back element. Not only was Currys service and advice appalling but they wasted a monumental amount of my time. Nine attempts to deliver an oven... if you want to waste nine days just waiting for an oven not to mention the time going into store to try and sort it out... go to Currys!

I ordered a product online and was given the above delivery reference number with the delivery date of 23 November 2017. Initially the delivery window was all day (from 7am to 7pm) but on Tuesday 21 November I was given a delivery slot of between 13:55 and 17:55. Despite being in all day, the delivery did not arrive and there was no phone call. When it became apparent that the delivery was not forthcoming, I contacted the following number on 23rd November at 19:30 to see where my order was. It was 20:01 before someone was able to take my call. When I asked where my order was (for delivery reference 7447300058) I was again put on hold whilst the administrator tried to find out the status of my order. 20 mins later after no reply from the administrator, I terminated the call. About 15mins after call termination, I was called and the person apologised stating that the workmen had run out of time. I asked why I was not informed that they could not deliver on 23 November, despite the wide delivery time window, and was told that this would be dealt with internally. I am still waiting for my order and have lost complete confidence in Curry's as a company. On all accounts the service has been dire and has been the worst I have ever experienced. It is shocking and well below the service levels that customers expect. I have still no clue why the delivery was not delivered on the scheduled day and why in the event of a no-show, I was not contacted! At the time of writing this review, I do not know when my delivery will be scheduled
