“Requested two identical clan rings, one in silver, one in gold. The design for the face of the ring is somewhat detailed but Custom Made created rings which followed the design completely. Custom Made updated me by email every step of the way while creating the rings and provided answers to every question I asked. Very pleased with the completed ring. Custom Made is five star service all of the way.”

“Pauline helped me every step of the way to make sure my talisman came out exactly as I envisioned it I use it every day with my work as well as a beautiful piece that I wear all the time daily. She helped make sure I picked out the best gems to accent my piece and kept me up to date on my process every step of the way. Highly recommended my experience was magical and will definitely be using them again in future works. 🪄💫”

“I like the experience I had. I knew what I wanted but wasn't sure where to even start. The Custom Made team were very professional and helping me pick a design for my cuflinks. Thery were able to send me multiple options to choose from for my design. To me communication was my biggest petpeeve in chosing these people for the work.”

“Using CustomMade started as an idea that quickly grew into fruition with the love and care that these guys use to help you design your dream ring. They helped answer any question I might have, and really allowed me to see my vision blossom in real time. I was paired up with a bunch of experts that took my ideas seriously, and was willing to work with my budget. The process is a little long, as everything is made from scratch, but it's well worth the wait to make sure everything is perfect. CustomMade will blow you out of the water if you let them.”

“I had an amazing experience from the second I started creating my girlfriend’s engagement ring. Someone was always able to answer all of my questions. It was a breeze to use communicate which was one of my main concerns. The ring came out gorgeous and it is exactly what we both wanted. It’s truly a gorgeous ring. “The design process was very smooth and efficient. Pauline took time to understand what I wanted and her communication was very clear throughout. I had a deadline and budget I wanted to stick to and she kept that in mind the whole time and advised when we would need to finalise the design in order for custommade to deliver on time and how any changes we discussed would affect the cost. The only thing that could have been better would be if she had warned me about the US tariffs I’d be charged for an overseas order. This added to the cost significantly and I’d have preferred to factor that into my budget in the planning stage rather than being hit with an extra charge before delivery. The quality of the final product was excellent and my wife was very happy with her present.”

“I strongly recommend custom made to anyone looking for their dream ring! I wanted to design my wife's dream ring and they made it happen. I struggled financially due to job loss yet they still remained professional and friendly, even offering to change some aspects to be more cost effective!
