“After discovering the family Coat of Arms (CoA), an interest grew in obtaining a signet ring that had family meaning. However, not thinking it was possible to turn something as intricate as a CoA into a piece of jewelry, an internet search uncovered Custom Made. As a retired systems/software engineer, Custom Made’s process immediately captured my attention. Their approach helped to formulate a newly found jpeg graphic (see Original CoA) into a concept, leading to a ring face with the CoA and shoulders containing the different charges (see Initial Design). The results of the design exceeded the possibility of obtaining custom jewelry for an acceptable price point. So much so, it raised curiosity to pursue the next step seeing a 3D rendering of the ring. By knowing what was possible in the concept phase, a gemstone was added to the shield and additional moto text was added to the banner (see Final 3D Rendering). The results from production process along with superior craftmanship created a work of art that will be proudly passed down through future generations (see QA Final Product). The Custom Made process helps the customer turn an idea into reality by working with different staffers responsible for their respective concept, design, modeling & production phases. Even though the phases force a lot of communication allowing the ring details to evolve, it’s still possible for small details to get miss represented in the final product. Case in point, the shoulder designs were reversed for this ring during production. Even with the option of having the flaw corrected by reproducing the ring, the final product created by the artisans at Custom Made was overwhelming when seeing a highly intricate design brought to life in 14k gold. The resulting ring has easily withstood daily wear and tear over the past several months (see Worn Product).”

“Everyone was super friendly to work with, they gave updates throughout the process which made me feel secure in where my deposit was going. They were super helpful and flexible if I had any questions or wanted to make adjustments throughout the process. My now fiancée absolutely adores her new engagement ring and was so touched that I went with a custom option vs traditional store options. I can’t thank the designers enough for the I help in brining my vision to life through the sketches and the crafters for making it into a reality.”

“My experience with CustomMade was incredible! My Project Manager was very informative, knowledgeable, and effective with her skill set to capture the design of our engagement set and bring it to life! She was extremely patient when working with me and my not-so-clear or seemingly "made-up" adjectives and descriptions for what I was trying to convey about the design of our set. CustomMade provides a lot of resources to become an educated buyer/designer, but it truly is the personal approach of their Project Manager's that make this process a true delight! My Project Manager never seemed like a stranger - but rather; a long lost friend who had the ability to interpret the image and design I had manifested in my head...a truly incredible experience!”

“This is a project that I've been wanting to do for years. Up until I found custom-made I wasn't really sure that it was ever going to be done. The idea of having a family ring that will go from generation to generation has always been a super appealing idea to me, but finding a affordable custom jewelry place that was willing to work with my family crest was very difficult where I live. Custom-made had no issue with my design and in fact surpassed All my expectations for it. I look forward to creating another piece with them and experiencing their wonderful customer service once again.”

“I’ll be honest—I was really hesitant to use a custom ring company, especially one that operates entirely online. There’s always that little voice in the back of your head wondering, Is this legit? Am I about to make a really expensive mistake? But after working with CustomMade, I can confidently say that this was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From the very beginning, the communication was top-notch. I started with a simple idea, but as time went on, I kept tweaking it. And tweaking it. And tweaking it. If you’re indecisive like me, don’t worry—CustomMade will stick with you every step of the way. I probably changed my design at least 10 times during the sketch phase because I wanted the perfect Lord of the Rings-inspired engagement ring for my future wife. Not once did they rush me or make me feel like I was being difficult. They actually encouraged me to keep fine-tuning things until I was completely happy. When we moved to the 3D design phase, they were just as patient, offering suggestions and helping me make adjustments. At one point, I even used AI to help design certain elements, and I worried it would be too complicated. But they assured me they could make it happen—and they did. Then came the production phase. This is the part where you put down money and hope for the best. And let me tell you, they absolutely knocked it out of the park. What really impressed me, though, was how they handled an issue that came up. Instead of just shipping the ring out and hoping I wouldn’t notice, they caught a problem themselves, sent it back for adjustments, and let me know right away. That level of honesty is rare. Even after the first revision, there was a small design flaw, and instead of making excuses or trying to convince me it was “good enough,” CustomMade went back to the drawing board and had it redone by another jeweler. They could have cut corners at any point, but they didn’t. They stayed committed to making sure my ring was exactly what I envisioned. Now that I have the finished ring in my hands, I can say without hesitation—it was worth every single penny. Yes, the price was on the higher end, but this is a completely one-of-a-kind piece. And after everything CustomMade did for me, I have zero regrets. If you’re on the fence about working with them, take it from me: you won’t find a better company for custom jewelry. They’re patient, honest, and ridiculously talented. I’ll forever be grateful for the experience they gave me—and for helping me bring my dream ring to life”

“I would recommend CustomMade to anyone looking for a ring! My experience was amazing!
