“Beautiful product. My team worked very hard to make what I envisioned a reality and related to the importance of the details. Received later than anticipated ONLY because the they didn’t think the first mold was good enough. I don’t think I’ve experienced a service so dedicated to ensuring the end product was everything I wanted and more.”

“It was a very painless process. They where great at getting the idea i had in ky head onto paper and then worked with me to critique it to exactly what I wanted! From design to stone selection everything was great and if I didn't love something they where happy to give me other options until was totally happy! Totally worth it if u want to get that perfect ring instead of having to settle for what ya find in a store”

“I love CustomMade! I had both my engagement ring and wedding band made (a couple of years apart) and they are super responsive. “I worked with custom made on an engagement ring and wedding band set. I had an unusual vision for the final product and they were able to take a simple scratch and bring it to life. My representative Colin was responsive and courteous ensuring each step was explained and working with me to ensure that the design in my head matched the final process. Pricing and process were well explained and they worked well to maintain my stated budget, providing multiple options. Shipping was secure and quick upon completion. The rings were beautiful and exactly what I had envisioned.”

“My experience with Custom Made has been fantastic from start to finish. I was looking for a while for a particular style of pendant for my fiance but nothing was really coming close to the quality we were looking for. I happened to stumble across Custom Made through a Google Search. I was apprehensive, as getting jewelry made is a big, expensive task and involved a lot of trust, but i was supported thoughout by Will and the amazing team. They were very clear about the whole process and the pricing from the very beginning and we couldn't have been happier with the end product. It's beautiful, unique, and the quality is undeniable. My fiance absolutely loves it.”

“I made sure to read lots of reviews before I went through with the process and I can say I am absolutely thrilled with my decision to have had my ring made through Custommade! The experience was pain free. My project manager was timely with communication and helped me through every step. When it came to choosing the gem, there was tons of information provided about the stone and its quality, which made it even easier to choose the right stone for the ring. The design that was created based off of my examples was perfect and needed no corrections. I just received the ring yesterday after only waiting a couple of days for shipping and it's beautiful. There's even a few extra fun things in the box for the big day like picture cards and even an idea brochure to help me think about how I want to pop the question. Everything about this process was amazing and I would highly recommend Custommade to anyone!”
