“This was the best company to make my Fianceé's engagement ring! (AND SHE SAID YES!!) From the very beginning the process was straightforward and simple and being paired with Ryn was so Amazing! She was so fast and attentive in responding and made sure I was completely happy with the design, the payment options were great and the ring shipped in 3 days!! I had to put the project on pause because of life, as we all may need to do but once I was ready they reassured me we were still good to go and we jumped right back into designing the perfect one of a kind ring! I recommend these guys if you're looking for a ring within your budget completely customized to what you want and need! Great advice, wonderful personable staff and they truly make things happen!! 100 out of 10!! Thank you sooo so much from the soon to be Linette's!”

“Incredible communication, transparancy and accomodation to all requests; the team at CustomMade made the entire process so straightforward. Any alterations to the design I requested were delivered promptly and I felt comfortable taking my time deliberating over the draft designs. My finished piece is stunningly beautiful and high quality, with obvious care being taken in its crafting. It thoroughly exceeded all expectations and my now fiancée is incredibly happy with it (I catch her admiring it all the time!).”

“CustomMade gave me the opportunity to buy my girlfriend a ring that was exact to her specifications, while allowing me to modify and giving me as much of an opportunity as possible to modify to personal specifications. “I ordered a signet ring from CustomMade.com website. The website was easy to navigate and preview samples of their work. I was kept very well informed during the ordering process. I saw previews of my ring. I would recommend using their sizing kit to make sure you get a good fit. The ring I ordered appears well made, has a good weight to it and a solid background. Everyone who messaged me were very polite. I would strongly recommend CustomMade.com.”

“This entire adventure started when I lost a cherished ring…on my birthday, no less. I searched on-line and found Custom Made, who had stellar reviews. They weren’t lying. Custom Made was very patient with my pedantic requests. If I have any criticisms it would be that of the five or so reps that handled my process (different ones for different stages of design & production) not all were as diligent and prompt with correspondence. And yet, upon completion, what they produced for me was an immaculate piece of jewelry that is uniquely me. Truly…Custom Made. Two days after receiving it I had an audience member approach me after a show, not to complement me on my performance...but to tell me how much she liked my ring! I will cherish it for decades. Unless, of course, I lose it. And, if that should happen (hopefully not on my birthday) I will reach out to them immediately for a new one. Next time...in Platinum!”

“I went to local jewelry stores to have them create my fiancé’s ring. And then I CustomMade and went with them instead. Their process is absolutely seamless, and everyone communicated and updated me as we went from ideas to CAD images, to the final creation of the ring. Updates were provided, and my fiancé’s ring actually was created weeks in advance of the original timeline. (She said yes!!!) If I could go back and do ti all over again, I would definitely go with CustomMade. Excellent customer service you guys! Thank you for your help!!”

“Everybody was helpful from the beginning up to the end. The process was seamless and every ideas you will give them will come to life. The ring that I ordered for my fiancé turned out to be amazing, even though I doubted the look of it first when it was shown via picture. But when it arrived, oh when it arrived, it was everything I wished for and more! And trust me when I say, everything looks soooo much better in pictures!”

“I was apprehensive about purchasing jewelry online. My experience with Custom Made eliminated any fears I had. I have been totally pleased with the entire experience from the beginning to the end. During the process, there was consistent communication on the status and next steps to be taken. Dates promised were dates met. After receiving my initial ring, there was a small change I requested. Custom Made recasted my ring, and made the change with no questions asked. I will be using them again in the future.”
