“I loved the process of going through the design and production stages of my engagement ring. CustomMade made every step very easy and explained everything very well. From design to the finished product, it really was smooth sailing even with my few extra requests and late changes. Thank you guys, your service is amazing! The only thing I would recommend for future buyers is to check the customs and duty fees prior to ordering as I was a bit surprised how much it was...”

“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“Let me start this review by saying that my experience in working with CustomMade was nothing short of amazing. From the initial consultation to the final reveal, every step of the process was an absolute delight. I had a very specific look and vibe that I wanted for my engagement ring (something not so traditional) and the designers I worked with were so excited and happy to work with me on it. They took the time to get to know me, my preferences, style choices and were able to turn my vision into an absolutely breathtaking reality. The entire team was amazing at keeping me updated at every stage of the process and they were always quick to reply to my questions or concerns. They worked hard at making sure my ring was everything I had wanted it to be and the result was having a ring that I am so excited to wear for the rest of my life and one that will hopefully become an heirloom for generations to come. “Custommade has some of the best people working there. They were very patient and motivated when working on my project project. They helped me draft up designs, figure out the costs and even redid designs multiple times until I was sure I had the right one. Definitely recommend!”

“CustomMade created the best wedding band I had ever given my to husband. My husband is a big anime fan and when CustomMade said yes, let do it and I knew I chose the best company to make my custom ring. I provided them with every detail regarding metal, karat, ring size, to the main detail of the ring. They took the challenge and made it within my budget. My husband was in shocked with the precise details of the ring. To this day, my husband hasn't taken off his ring.”
