“I can’t say enough good things about Custom Made! My fiancée bought my engagement ring through Custom Made, and I loved it so much that I bought her engagement ring through them as well! The customer service is nothing short of excellent. I was not an easy customer to deal with, as I made several changes along the way, finalized the project, then realized that I still needed to go back and make some additional changes. I was worried that it would be too late in the process to make the changes, but they were so accommodating and understanding every step of the way. They created a beautiful custom ring that exceeded my expectations. My fiancée said that it “took her breath away” when I presented it to her. I would 10/10 recommend Custom Made for any custom jewelry making!”

“I was very skeptical in the beginning, especially because there isn’t a lot of reviews online about CustomMade. However as we made it through each process I was excited to use them. The communication from each person through each step helped a lot and was very informative. I e had my ring now a couple weeks and it looks great and was exactly what I had envisioned.”

“The wedding ring I had made for my fiancé turned out absolutely STUNNING. It’s unique and makes me smile every time I look at it. I cannot wait to see his reaction to his wedding band. “Custom made came through for my family. I recently retired from military service and commissioned some jewelry for my daughters and wife, to be used in the ceremony. They worked with my idea and my schedule, even changing their normal processes (slightly) to make sure the gifts arrived on time. Most impressively, as deadlines approached, there was a hiccup with the project. They called me, ensured I was tracking the issue, and worked hard to make sure everything that was possible was executed. Final products looked great and exactly what was ordered.”

“Custom Made is the best!! My local jeweler could not duplicate a ring I wanted, but Custom Made was willing to work with me on my design and keep me informed every step of the way. “CustomMade exceeded my wildest expectations! I was blown away by the professionalism, speed of reply, and willingness to help make what is a very personal, often nerve-wracking, and stressful project (of finding the "perfect" engagement ring for a significant other), into something that was pleasantly fulfilling. I loved how CustomMade really took all my ideas (both the good and the bad) so seriously and with incredible attention. They patiently let me try different iterations and ideas on the ring of my choice; when they said they wanted me to make the ring that I felt best about, they truly meant it. “This company had the best customer service I have ever experienced. They were able to get models of what I wanted and walk me through the process of buying an engagement ring with me coming out at the end understanding what was told to me. They did all this in quick fashion and still had great quality work come out at the end of it. When there was a delay like there being a flaw with the metal of the ring itself they reached out and told me that it would be longer than expected. They sent a really quality product and even sent a care package with stuff that will help someone propose which I thought was great. Overall I just had an amazing experience with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked me.”

“The whole process from beginning to end was done smoothly and with great communication from the Custom team. They worked with me on my idea and gave me several different ideas on how the ring might look in different ways. We went through a few changes in design from it being recessed to raised. From having oxidation to none. The finished ring looks amazing and several friends have mentioned it looked great. The image on the ring is a perfect match to the picture I attached when I started the project. I am very please with the outcome and have 2 more ideas for rings that I am hoping to have Custom Made complete for me in the next year.”
