“The process to make a ring with Custom Made is about as easy as you could make it. They guide you through every step of the way and don’t stop until you approve. Construction and shipping also takes no time at all so making a ring really isn’t as long a process as one may think. Truly could not ask for a better experience and a better final product! Just hope she likes it:)”

I dealt with 3 different people throughout the process, and each one made sure that my answers were answered in a timely manner, and they understood my vision. “Incredible site, thorough process, extraordinarily helpful experts at every step. I also learned about the process of jewelry making and received updates at each stage of production by each person who worked on the project. “My partner and I really didn’t know what we wanted but the team at custom made somehow made sense of our indecision! We really wanted to get the ring right and the people at custom made were so patient with us changing things. They were so responsive and open about the whole process. And now we have the ring and we are so happy with it! It’s exactly what we wanted and I think that’s due to how customisable the process was from the design to the metal to the stone. And it was also more affordable than we expected! We are really happy with everything. Thanks guys! :)”

“CustomMade made my experience so easy and enjoyable! I was looking for a signet ring with my family crest on it and their team walked me through the process, helped me design it (through several revisions), and made sure everything was how I wanted it.
