“What an amazing process. From initial contact to delivery of the engagement ring, the team at CustomMade held my hand through every step of the way. I received top-notch communication and guidance, I never had to "guess" if work was being done -- I knew every stage as it was happening. The quality of work is phenomenal! What an absolutely GORGEOUS ring. My fiancée was just as floored by the quality as I was. I could go on for hours about the team, but I'll just sum it up by saying "Absolutely work with these guys if you want something truly special".”

“I researched quite a bit looking for a certain type of band. I know a lot of jewelry stores talk about the diamond, but the band to me was more important. This was usually because they just swap bands around and the diamond and call it custom. Well, custom made doesn't do that. It's really 100% custom. When my girlfriend sent me their website, I was very skeptical so I kept searching for the band. It was ridiculously hard finding this type of band which was called an ariel half bezel bypass. In the end, there were limitations so I took a chance...still skeptical. I talked to the staff and they ran through the whole process with me. This was SOO smooth that now that it's all finished, I wish I did this sooner. From the band, to the diamond, to the creation...they involve you in every process and YOU make the call to move on. They don't move on without you. They also keep their deadlines very well. If they tell you a date, then be sure that's when they will contact you the latest. I really enjoyed this entire process, they made an ideal ring that I could only dream of with other stores. This was also very affordable for me as I went over budget slightly (only because I know my girlfriend's personality...had to go up a little more). I'm beyond pleased with their service and have every intention to return for them to also develop a wedding band to match this ring. I posted a picture they sent me of the ring below because my pictures were just worse and blurry. Yes, the ring is smaller than the picture appears, but they are just trying to show you the close up shots. The measurements are accurate....just doesn't hit you until you pick it up.”

“I was helped along through this experience by very knowledgeable people every step of the way. Every question was answered in thoughtful and easy-to-understand language. We were able to bring a piece to life just from my imagination rather than finding "the one" behind a glass display which is such a more intimate experience. Everything felt fair and reasonable and notable consideration was taken to understand my situation, finances, and goals to make this work. Besides all that, the ring came out gorgeous and feels very much like a hand-crafted personal piece. Everything came together just as I imagined and I know the lady who will say yes is going to love her forever ring too. :)”

“I was having trouble trying to find an engagement ring that I liked. Nothing seemed to fit our relationship so I googled "customize rings" and CustomMade popped up. I figured it was worth a shot. Let me tell you, it was the best decision I could have made! Everyone was so helpful, diligent, professional, and well, just nice. The ring is perfect and we couldn't be happier!”

“There isn't a single part of this experience that I can fault, the entire process is tailored to you, and everything about Custom Made just oozes quality and experience. The stones, the materials, the customer service. All of it is as it should be when you're trying to find custom jewelry. The sizing was PERFECT as well. It's not too crazily priced either. Duties will apply when buying internationally which is around 10% of the initial purchase price for AUS. Communicating with their team internationally was so easy and fast. (Even on opposite sides of the world) If you want custom jewelry of the highest quality. Pick these guys I cannot recommend them enough.”

“What an experience!!!! My boyfriend asked me to choice a ring so he knew what I wanted when the time came. However, when we were looking in stores nothing stood out to me, it didn't show our story and nothing spoke to me. I ended up giving up but he encouraged me to look for custom engagement rings and after a lot of research I found Custom Made. From our first interaction I knew we were in great hands! It was so simple but yet so thrilling! We told them our love story and our hobbies together and a part. They took this information and went above and beyond! I was speechless when I got the first set of stretches! There isn't enough words to express how beautiful just the stretches are! Then the 3D print came out and we knew it was the one and it was beyond us, and our relationship! I know a lot of people make the ring on their own to surprise their significant other, however I am so happy we did this together! When the ring finished and they sent pictures I cried.... Happy and excited tears!! It arrived here but I won't physically see it until he proposes, hopefully soon! (Haha) He did unpackaged it and said it's perfect! Thank you to everyone we worked with along this part of our story and we are so happy we went with custom instead of premade! We will be back!”

“The experience from start to finish was very easy. As someone who knew nothing about jewelry prior to designing my first piece, everyone at CustomMade was able to educate me on everything I needed to know to make the right decisions for me. All the staff were very responsive and I never felt out of the loop. The ring creation process itself was made clear from the start and the fact that the company provides unlimited idea sketch iterations before taking any payment deposit really gives you a feel of what you’ll be getting long before you make any sort of commitment or payment.”

“The work done to customize my piece was perfect! I believe it had to do with the attentiveness of the people involved to get it done and their responsiveness to my questions and comments. They kept me in the loop from beginning to end, kept my expectations real, and I never had a need to call them; they’ve always contacted me at the appropriate times. Delivery was prompt and well-packaged. But best of all, the people on the project made this one of my best experiences! My wife loved the piece and is thinking family heirloom. Thank you and we’ll be back!”
