“I created an original ring that my fiance ended up not liking. Custom made let me return the original ring and start again from scratch at no cost. The cost of that ring was applied to the new one and We ended up with the perfect ring! Unmatched customer service!”

“I'm a college student and I appreciated the style of CustomMade because it allowed me to work with them over a semester when I didn't have time to visit a jewelry store. “From start to finish, the entire process was thorough and smooth. Every member of the team was attentive and well informed about their phase of the process. Any questions I had, whether they were about sketches, the main stone, the accents, etc. were answered. I was skeptical at first going with a company I wasn’t familiar with to design a unique piece of jewelry, but in the end, I have zero regrets. I was also concerned initially with how much a custom ring might cost, but to my surprise I didn’t think it was bad at all. I’m very much looking forward to my proposal in the coming weeks, and that is largely in part due to my excitement over showing my soon-to-be-fiancé her custom ring. Incredible experience all around and highly recommend them to anyone looking to create a one of a kind piece of jewelry.”

“I am so in love with my class ring. It is beautiful and so much better than I could have thought. Yes, I did design the ring from start to finish, but having it in person made it so much better than any picture or rendering. The whole process was amazing. I did go through a period of doubt during the design process, but any doubt I ever had has been vanquished. I want to clarify that my doubt had nothing to do with the team or the reviews, but only my own doubt of I can't hold this and fully imagine it on my hand. Upon receiving the ring, my initial impression of seeing the ring was it was smaller than expected, but having worn it every day for over a week, I can safely say that any bigger would have been too big. I just want to say to Seth, Raf, and Janine, thank you so much for your prompt communication, explaining things easily for me and working with me when I would go back and forth on different specifications. I so appreciate the care y'all took. To everyone else whose names I don't know that made my ring come to life, thank you for your expertise and time. I love the outcome of my ring and the price comparison from the university-recommended rings was very similar. The reasons I wanted a custom ring were so I could have red stones in mine and they wouldn't allow it, and I was able to create a ring that is very similar to my mom's. I cannot say enough great things about this company or the ring. I will say over and over how happy I am with this ring!”

“I am a transplant survivor and for nearly two years my wife served as my primary caregiver. I wanted to express my love and gratitude for her being there for me during the lowest of times. I drew a rough sketch of a necklace that was a circle, birthstones embedded in the circle, and a cross in the center of the circle. The circle for infinity, the cross for grace and prayer, and the birthstones for family. I submitted this drawing to CustomMade and on the same day Mika, jewelry consultant, responded. She worked on design details and sent pictures of other pieces with the same material and finish being discussed. Once the design was completed she sent information on shipping, pricing, and payment options as I had a limited budget. A small deposit was required to move forward and she sent the idea to the design team saying they would contact me. In a matter of hours I was contacted by Dwayne, design lead, who created 3D computer renderings of the necklace. He sent pictures of pieces with the material and finish we discussed to make sure I was satisfied. He then sent the rendering to the production team. The next day Randy, production lead, contacted me. He explained the process from how the computer rendering would be used from casting to the final product. He gave me regular updates up to the completion of the final piece. CustomMade took many steps to make sure no part of the process would come up later that had not been discussed. I don’t believe I could have had better communication from start to finish had I been face to face with a jeweler. My wife loved the necklace.”

The process, guidance, design help, manufacturing and project lead are something that we always hope to encounter in our planned projects and with Custom Made it was just flawless and an amazing experience in the whole process. “From concept to delivery, Custom Made is a custom jewelry design firm that far surpasses its competition. From their persistence in following up with clients to the care and effort laid in design. This bespoke service is comfortable, respectful, kind, and honors even the most whimsical and meticulous of requests. I was guided, educated, and felt as though I was conversing with friends through the whole process. I would highly recommend this service to an individual looking for more than just satisfaction and or "another piece" of jewelry.
