“Very pleased with this experience. I’m considering only purchasing my jewellery from Custom Made. My ring design had intricate details. The digital rendering was perfect. There was some blurring in the details after production, which maybe expected in the finished molded product. However, I asked them to return it to production to clean up the detailing. The finished product is close to the digital design. It’s not perfect but it may have been one of those things that I expected a perfection not physically possible. I don’t believe anyone else could have done a better job. I love my ring because this company is willing to create something that I visioned and they came real darn close to perfection. So, yes anyone that is able to create exactly what you envision is going to create a masterpiece that you will love! Thank you”

“My experience as a customer was amazing. The entire process was very enjoyable and they were more than happy modify my piece until every detail was better than I could’ve imagined. And when I had some concerns their customer service was quick and helpful and shipping it back to have some slight issues taken care of was easy and quick. I was also delighted that they were able to give an estimate for my piece before any payments which was something I could not find amongst their competitors. I could not recommend a better place to have your dream jewelry made!”

“I'm floored by the jewelry piece's accuracy to the intricacy of the submitted design. Other 3D modeling companies I sent this design to could not replicate the 2D model. CustomMade could. Intricate gold necklace delivered exactly as designed with the best online customer guidance and service imagined. CustomMade brings imagination into reality at a fair price.”

“Everything about my experience with CustomMade was an absolute dream. They made every effort possible to ensure that I knew what my options were for every single facet of my purchase--from designs, renderings, budget, materials, sourcing, optional features, everything--and that I was both comfortable and thrilled with the product. I could have walked into a jewelry store and come out with a piece in a single shopping trip instead of taking the time to have CustomMade work through the entire process with me, but I would have been much less educated about the product and been significantly less satisfied with going for the quicker option. Thank you, CustomMade!”

“I ordered a family crest ring for my wife that came out beautifully with great detail and excellent craftsmanship. I recalled having previous signet rings being ordered / "done" through a local jeweler where I discovered that they sent it out to a third party anyway, I decided to seek out a direct source. After some initial trepidation and research, I found CustomMade online. The experience couldn't have been better, honestly. The various steps in the creation are clearly outlined; communication is constant; questions and comments were answered immediately; and the company's desire to fulfill my needs was superb. In addition to a beautiful final product and excellent pricing, the packaging was impressive AND delivered early from the requested time (which was at least half of what the local jeweler estimated.) Highly recommend and I will be ordering again (for my daughter-in-law.)”

“Every time I look down to see my ring I think of the love that created it. The love I have and the love that will continue to grow. It shines brighter than my heart fulfilled and is a true representation of the life I have before me. I cannot put into words how to craft such an intricacy but I feel it was done with care. My ring was rush delivered before Christmas when I could present it to my new family over the joyous holidays. I would recommend the team for their expertise, correspondence, and thoughtfulness throughout.”

“I was really worried I was not gonna be able go find the right ring for my fiancée. But with the help of custom made, they made every step of the process really easy. They were willing to work with me with the design and budget I had in mind. And most important of all, they were a legit business to purchase from. More than glad I found them!”

“I came in with a rough (and I mean barely have any clue about what I wanted) idea for an engagement ring. The team of people at CustomMade worked through it with me every step of the way. When trying to figure out what I wanted or needed, they helped explain things to me, give me ideas and concepts, and were extremely helpful with getting me started. Also, I can't say enough about how friendly and easy to work with they were. Afterward, they helped me find the design I was looking for, step by step, giving me ideas, concept art, and also (and this is huge for me) working through things such as combining parts of different concepts that I liked to make the right ring for me. They were incredibly patient, and everything came out perfectly. If ever I want a custom piece of jewelry again (although hopefully never another engagement ring!) I would look to CustomMade first.”

“Customer service excellent. The staff at Custom Made worked with me to design the perfect wedding band for my husband. They will pretty much bring whatever design you have in mind to life. They are very quick to respond to any questions you might have. They made the process easy and were always up front about the costs. Fast shipping! They promised me the ring by Christmas Eve and I received it before then. I can't say enough good things about Custom Made! The staff are excellent. Very good company”

“Was skeptical at first since everything was done online, I'm more of an in person guy for big decisions and projects like this, but overall the experience was great. “I created an original ring that my fiance ended up not liking. Custom made let me return the original ring and start again from scratch at no cost. The cost of that ring was applied to the new one and We ended up with the perfect ring! Unmatched customer service!”
