“The process went smoothly, their team is very responsive with any questions or changes along the way. The finished product is perfect and exactly like the picture sample I sent them. “Very pleased with my experience with this company. I couldn’t find exactly what I needed anywhere online. Once I came across Custom Made, they worked with me continuously providing sketches and models tweaking each one until it was just right. So happy I went with this company. “After almost 5 years of dating my future fiance/wife, I knew I had to start looking for the engagement ring that would be perfect for her. But after many many months of searching I just could not find the "right" ring. I had started to lose hope because I didn't want to settle on a ring. She deserved the best one possible and one that fits who she is. It had come to my realization that i would need to get this custom made but everywhere I searched they only offered this service at an unreasonable price. Then I had found Custommade. Seeing all the testimonials and how great their pieces came out really gave me confidence in reaching out to them. At first I was skeptical because I had always thought that creating a custom engagement ring was going to be extremely out of my budget. But everyone helps you out and works with YOUR budget to get the perfect piece created for you. Those who helped me throughout the process were kind, realistic, and honest about the whole project. They were so knowledgeable providing information from types of diamonds to the color and clarity of the gems themselves. They helped me with the design process as well, helping me point out the things my fiance loves and put it together with the style of ring i know she wanted. After some time, the piece arrived at my house and i could not be more amazed at the quality and the looks of it. I cannot wait to propose to her and blow her away at this creation. All i have left to say is thank you!”

“This was a super cool process overall. The customer service was excellent. The design process was super fun and collaborative. It was neat to see my ideas turn into a drawing and then into a 3D model and finally the actual ring. I am so glad I was able to create this unique piece for my husband.”

“I was looking to have a special necklace created for my 1st Mothers Day (May 2022). I was pregnant with twins just before Christmas, but miscarried and I wanted to have something special to remember them by. I found CustomMade via an internet search. I was cautious at first (hard to know what you are gonna get with doing business online these days) but I very pleased with the customer service. They have quick response times to online inquires. And they were very patient with me during the design and quoting portion of my project. I thought the price and turn around time were both very reasonable. And now I have this beautiful, unique piece of jewelry that keeps my twins alive and close to my heart.”

“I have a gorgeous antique garnet cocktail ring that I wanted copied so I could give one to each of my daughters as a keepsake. I sent a picture of it to CustomMade, and they did a marvelous job making a beautiful replica of the original. Plus it cost about $1000 less than another prominent jeweler wanted for the project. “Quick response to my experience with custommade. I enjoyed every part of the experience and would happily do it again. Thank you custommade team. Allow me to express that this experience with custommade was truly wonderful. I had a vision of a ring that I wanted to create. People say create a custom ring is expensive and hard. Custommade made it easy to understand process of making a ring as well as helping create the ring. From the very beginning the website helps you navigate and design what kind of ring you're looking for. Once you kinda have an idea the Custommade team is ready to help design it any from or fashion. Starting with a fantastic team of sketchers. Custommade teams makes sure the sketches are to your liking and make a 3d rendering. Amazingly from sketch to 3d rendering in such a short time as well. They wait for you to feel that the design is perfect before finally making the actual ring. To top it all off just when think that "ok they're make the ring and they'll tell me when it's done how ever long that is" nope. They communicate through the entire ring making process so you're not in the dark. Every notification makes you excited for the ring. Their magnificent customer service makes you want to talk to them as much possible about the ring and the vision. My final take on this experience is it was great, I'm definitely going to make after ring with them in the future. I haven't pop the question yet but when I do and have some photos I'm definitely sharing them here.”

“Everything from start to finish was wonderful. Everyone I had worked with my on my ring was super helpful, working over several rewrites of the design to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. They had every bit of information I wanted or needed. They were always very informative about the process and how everything was being done. And they kept me up to date on progress with accurate timelines as well as keeping in constant contact. Then I finally received the ring and was absolutely blown away at how it looked. I'm so incredibly happy with what I got to build with CustomMade and their team and I'm very excited to use it for that special moment. I highly recommend using them for your custom jewelry needs.”
