“What a great experience for someone that has never purchased fine Jewelry. I was hesitant at first doing a custom online piece but from the very start Custom Made the experience fun. They were very communicative through the entire experience and guided me through the entire process. It was also very nice giving little deposits throughout the making experience so you aren’t hit with a lump sum right off the start. The final product, just Beautiful! I’m extremely happy with my necklace and smile in the mirror when I see it around my neck. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants a nice custom piece for themselves or someone special.”

“This was such a cool, easy process. The ring came out exactly as I wanted and the team worked closely with me to ensure that everything was as I wanted it. “My fiancée and I went looking around lots of jewelry stores to find a ring and couldn't find what she wanted, so I turned to CustomMade and gave them a vision of what she was looking for and they went above and beyond to make her/our dreams come true. The customer service is second to none as any issues we had with the ring or the diamond itself, they were more than willing to help. Choosing CustomMade for her ring/wedding band was the best decision I made (besides marrying her).”

“CustomMade was a perfect experience. They were able to take my idea and bring it to life in the best way possible. They were so helpful throughout the process and amenable to every single little change I wanted to make. At one point I thought I was making too many changes but they kept saying they want me to think it is perfect and they did just that! My family crest pendant came out great and I've received so many compliments from friends and family already.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If you’re lookin for great jewelry look no further. And as if that wasn’t enough, personalize that great jewelry with something special to you.. I recently purchased an engagement ring from Custom Made and I am thrilled. This ring is PERFECT! I worked with the Custom Made team for some time to get the absolute perfect ring for my fiancé. We met at Mt Bachelor and it has a special place in our hearts. Custom Made delivered a beautiful ring that will last forever with a silhouette of Mt Bachelor, the place where we started. During the process we communicated, quickly on their end and sometimes not so quickly on my end, for weeks to get exactly what I was looking for. Then during the fabrication I was kept up to speed with lots of detailed info about the process and our timeline. After the piece was crafted I was told there was a small crack in the band. The Custom Made team worked quickly to fix it and ensure a quality product. I will be reaching out to them for a matching wedding band for my self and any future jewelry needs.”

“The whole experience was great from beginning to end. Everyone who got in contact with me (Tricia, Chun, Karen, and Pauline) was super helpful and very professional. I appreciated the thorough explanations every step of the way, and I especially appreciated the explanations when I had options and choices to make. Everything from the design input, to staying within my budget, all worked out wonderfully. Thank you all for making this experience of getting a ring for my fiancee a pleasant one!”

“I really appreciated their hard work on my design. What surprised me is the way they were able to capture my idea and turn it into reality. Moreover, the shifting of the project to different individuals allowed them to give actual focus to my design instead of just trying to get it done. The only thing I wish would've been different is the metal color options as some such as black metals are hard to utilize in a project.”

“Working with CustomMade was really wonderful! I wanted a wedding band that would match with my engagement ring, but I had trouble finding what I wanted elsewhere. So, when I found CustomMade, I was really excited. They asked me questions to help create a design that reflected my relationship with my spouse, and it felt like they really cared about what I wanted and they wanted to be sure I loved everything about my wedding band! It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend them if you want something tailored to you exactly.”
