“Absolutely the most pleasant and understanding people that work seamlessly together with you and your schedule! I'm so in love with the beautiful custom pieces the designers helped create, and the stone specialists that worked patiently with me on picking out a stone that was the exact shade i had in my mind. “Everything in the process, from communication, to design, to timeframes, to reviews and delivery was all well thought out and followed through by the consultation, design, and manufacturing team. I cannot thank the team enough and my fiancée (wife by October first) has been nothing but thrilled with the results. This is the go-to place for custommade rings and jewelry.”

“My husband and I ordered our wedding suite from Custom Made. We couldn't be happier with the produxts and the process.I have to be honest, right before we placed our order for the first ring I was nervous because they were an online retailer and I had never heard of them before. When the ring arrived, it was beautiful! I took it to two local jewelry stores for appraisal and was told the ring was authentic, and the value was very close to what we paid for it. I couldn't be more happy with this company! They were professional throughout the entirty of the process. They guided us through the design step by step, and the finished projects look almost exactly like the digital rendering. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our pieces, and I can tell they take pride in their work. If I had another luxury jewelry need, I would commission them right away!”

“Couldn’t be happier with the entire process!! Had a lovely custom engagement ring made for my boyfriend and the wedding band got designed and everything. I love that they save the design of the wedding band for when I’m ready to have that made too. I might even have a ring made for myself at some point. 10/10”

“I didn't have to sort through a million choices. I had seen other rings and had an idea of what I wanted and CustomMade took my idea and made it even better. Every step I was able to give input and get feedback on the development. They worked with me when I was on a close deadline to get the rings to me on time. The staff was friendly and meticulous about everything I hadn't thought of. 10 out of 10 for my engagement ring, I will be back when it's time for the wedding ring.”

“I came across custom made online while looking for suitable rings for my fiance's engagement ring, not only did there customer service point me in all the right directions but they made the process easy and exciting. I got to choose the ring that was one of a kind for my one of a kind woman. The moment she saw she was so happy and amazed. She hasn't stopped admiring it and I know that when she look at it everyday she is over come with my love and affection. The quality of the ring is amazing and the timely fashion it was made and cost made it a easy for me to make the decision to acquire it. “Custom made was honestly the best from end to end. My fiance loves her ring, and I mean LOVES her ring. If I knew how much this wouldve meant to our relationship I would've done it earlier. And custom made was able to help me capture the story of our relationship in our ring. My fiance and I had been long distance for 4 years and custom made was able to capture the emoji's we used to communicate for a long time. It means a lot to the both of us, and the quality of the ring blows anything I'd seen online out of the water. I'm so grateful, and I hope this business continues to do such valued work.”
