“Custom Made has a very solid business model. I have for years worked as a Product Development Engineer designing custom tooling and products for customers in the medical device field. Custom Made’s process, from inception to production, is the world I work in and these guys know how to run it. But the thing that really made it work for me is their focus on “Voice of the Customer”. The team that made my ring didn’t just hear what I wanted, they listened - at every step along the way. And that made all the difference in the world to me.”

“Working with the team at CustomMade was exceptionally easy. They were very kind and professional. They worked with me through several changes and did a wonderful job. On top of it all the pricing was still a great deal especially for a hand-crafted one of a kind piece of jewelry. I will be returning for any other jewelry I need without a doubt.”

“A representative of CustomMade was with me every step of the way to help design my custom ring. There's lots of option to choose from, and even better than that, you get to personally suggest your own options with a little bit more info!! They are willing to work with you in a broad price range, and they even send it in a box full of everything you might need before, during and after you put a ring on it!”

“Everyone I was in contact with was a pleasure to work with. They were knowledgeable, patient, and willing to rework anything to make the vision come to life. I was always in the loop during the process and felt in control of how the project moved forward. On top of the amazing customer service, the ring came out beautifully and was shipped with lots of extra goodies to be sure all went well.”

“CustomMade was so easy to work with. From start to finish, the process was smooth and seamless. Amazing customer serve and beautiful craftsmanship. They communicated every step of the way and often responded to messages within the hour. I would recommend CustomMade for any custom piece of jewelry...they were able to use a picture of an heirloom class ring from 1968 to create a nearly identical replica for three sons. Truly amazing!”

“Great people to work with! My wife’s engagement ring fell out at about a year of having it made and was never found. We sent the ring and and the team decided it was a design flaw! Added a new stone and reworked the mounting at no cost to me. Great company that I highly recommend”

“I heard about this company from a patient and decided to look into purchasing my high school class ring for a second time. I originally purchased my on class ring at the age of 17 for a little over $600 and took very good care of it for almost 30 years. Well, I lost it in a parking lot and it was not a ring that I had seen but on one other person. As I began to search on the site to have my ring made for me again, I finally made to decision in September of 2023. The communication with this company if phenomenal and so courteous. They answered all of my concerns via email and kept me informed also sending me updated pictures. I am very pleased, I paid more but this was customized for me. The payment process was easy. I received my ring in November and I am very pleased. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Thank you so much for your patience and kindness towards me. I could feel it via our email exchanges. Thanks again, Mrs. Dimetress”
