It is very unusual to have a ring like this with such a level of detail, which I recognize as something only achievable by experts. This silver ring is of magnificent quality, and the precision of the custom size I ordered has been achieved with high accuracy. I will definitely order another ring, and of course, I highly recommend Custommade's services. The customer service and communication are incredible, as well as the follow-up on all the doubts and adjustments made along the way while designing my ring. “The team at Custom Made, made my entire customized experience so easy. The team was very timely and kept me in the loop about any changes and updates. The team’s designer Mher did a fantastic job on drawing and creating 3D renderings of the design I had in mind for my fiancé’s wedding band. I couldn’t have asked for better service. “The response time to all my questions was extremely quick, most of the time it was within the same day. Unless of course they were looking for pieces of the puzzle we were building, then it could take a day or two. But they were always swift to tell me they were on it and that they'd get back to me. Great customer service and they care about what you want the whole way. I had questions down to the ship date and they didn't hesitate to hold up shipping to make sure that the piece passed my inspection on every aspect before shipping it. 10/10 will definitely use again.”

“I was totally satisfied with the experience I had. I was able to give details about my now fiancé and the team came up with the perfect ring options. With their support I was able to have the perfectly unique ring that my fiancé absolutely loves. Plus they worked with me on my timeline of getting all paid in parts. There was no pressure of feeling like I'd loose the project by paying at my pace. Highly recommend especially if you have a girl whoe likes unique.”

“Working with Custom Made was a great experience! The staff was helpful, I restarted my ring twice and was never meet with resistance, just friendly and knowledgeable staff. I LOVED that they helped me stay in budget and made recommendations that showed a range of options. I hope I wont need the service again but I will be recommending them to all my friends”
