“I'm still in shock with how incredible this company is. In a world where so many companies are ready to scam you, price-guage you, or make accomodations seem difficult, impossible or like an inconvenience, Custom Made is the true diamond in the rough. I started out my experience over a year ago where I started working on a very specific and intricate design. The designers are incredibly talented as they immediately knew exactly what I was going for and made something similar, yet unique to designs I wanted the ring modeled after. They were patient, kind and accomodating through every single alteration (and there were many). Even at different stages of the process, they were still willing to go back to the drawing board and redesign elements without any extra charges or attitude of inconvenience (which is so rare for some reason)! Not to mention that the designs I chose to do for this ring were incredibly intricate! When circumstances made for a delayed engagement, they were extremely accomodating in shelfing the project for close to a year. When it was time to get back into the design process, everything was so well organized that we were able to pick up right where we had left off. When I officially got the ring, I cried upon seeing it as it was even more stunning that I had imagined! I have tried making custom pieces with other jewelry companies and they are simply not equipped to do it the way Custom Made is. Here are my biggest pieces of advice after going through this process: 1) Trust this company and hold onto them for dear life: They know what they are doing, they are professional, they are EXTREMELY transparent and generous with their prices, and they are absolutely not a scam (I have the ring to prove it). 2) Even though they put their customers at ease by saying this same thing, I'll emphasize: Don't be shy about making all of the adjustments necessary. This is your wedding ring/band and you deserve to have it be perfect. 3) Make sure you also consider the width of your ring, not just the ring size! I'm sure they encourage you to figure that out at some point in the process but I already knew what measurements I wanted (hint: go into a ring store and try some on to get a feel for how you want your ring to look on your finger). I adore this company and every single specialist I worked with. They were incredibly responsive and promp. I even had a sudden deadline (let them know I wanted to expedite the formation and delivery of the ring with very little notice) and they got the ring to me - hand-crafted, polished and all - within days! They were even accomodating after-the-fact and they make free adjustments for 30 days after you've recieved the ring! Also, it is very much worth mentioning the adorable packaging the ring comes in paired with a proposal survival kit and all of the proper documentation needed to insure your ring. I could not recommend Custom Made more and already have told dozens of people to use them.”

“Such a great experience. It had the potential to be very stressful, but everyone I worked with was professional, friendly, and helpful. They never made me feel rushed or like I HAD to make any decisions or payments before I was sure on everything. They were also excellent at keeping me on my own timeline (I get distracted easily) without making me feel like an inconvenience.”

“With custommade, I was able to get exactly what I wanted out of my class ring. They were very patient going back and forth with me until the rendering looked exactly how I wanted to. Their refund/guarantee policies demonstrate how much confidence they have in their products, and it is admirable. “Mr. Wilson I would like to thank all in your Company that worked on my daughters neckless for her graduation when she got her MBA from Belmont Univ. When she received it on Graduation Day It was a very Nice surprise to her. She said it was just beautiful very surprised. When she took it out on that special day and put it on it even shined more that when it as packaged in the box. All of the staff was just perfect. Vincent and Charm. Charm added items at the last minute to make it perfect. This was the first time that I have had anything made custom made. It was a very easy task with Custon Made and staff. During the process I was keep up to date the whole time during the production. The pricing I thought was in line for the cost. Also, the way the neckless was packaged was great and very special. I could not ask for a better experience. Thanks again for a piece that was made for Melanie on her special day on graduation day when she got her MBA. She also said that she had never seen anything like that and i told her that no one in the country has one like that. It was custom mad just for her. Thanks again Mr. Ty and your staff.”
