“This is the 2nd project I have done with Custommade. They are very personable and always get back to you at the time that they say they will. The product is quality and they even help with suggestions that you may not think about. I had them build my wife's engagement ring 3 years ago and just had them put together an accent ring for Christmas this year. Don't waste your time with the box stores in town, have them build you something custom for the same price as box stores and get something truly custom, I will be using them again in the future and wouldn't use any other jeweler”

“After working with Custom Made to create my engagement ring, my fiance wanted to design her wedding band together. She loved the process as much as I did with her first ring. They took elements and themes from the engagement ring to make a wedding band that looks great together and alone.”

“The team at Custom Made is amazing, they are so quick to respond and willing to work with you to make the design exactly how you want. I've used them now for both my fiance's engagement ring and our wedding bands and both times the experiences were perfect. Can't recommend more.”

“I needed to design and produce an engagement ring within budget with no specific time limit. The ring had a complex shape that could only be made custom. The design was done relatively quickly and all of my corrections were taken into account. The information regarding design, manufacturing, delivery and service was presented clearly and promptly. I was also pleased to get it before Boxing Day as it was the perfect occasion. Thanks to everyone who made it possible. Also, the proposal survival kit is a fun inclusion. There is nothing I am dissatisfied with regarding this project.”

“Amazing company!! They were with me every step of the way and were so kind when I wanted to make adjustments after the piece was finished. The ring is even MORE beautiful than the 3D rendering… which is saying something!! Go to these guys if you need a very special, custom piece! I will coming to them for all future projects!”

“This whole team is incredible everyone that helped me along the way was fantastic and did a great job to make the process easy. Everyone was so nice, understanding and patine with the whole process of trying to get me a perfect ring! It was beyond my expectations but they most definitely knocked it out of the park. “The CustomMade team is amazing. Customer service is there for you any time you need from the moment you begin your project with them until even after delivery to make sure you’re satisfied! They are truly creative professionals who are willing to help you make your ideas come to life. It doesn’t matter if you have your own designs or not, their design team will provide you sketches of your idea and offer alterations until you’re satisfied. Personally, I barely knew where to begin but their team worked with me to find something that fit the style I was going for! The updates they provide through each stage of development was truly exciting. They are so positive and really care about their work. The quality of the final product and the excellent customer service truly make the price worth every penny. (And it wasn’t even as much as I expected!) Taking the time to have a custom piece of jewelry made will really make sure it holds special sentimental value and remains a family heirloom for a long time. CustomMade delivers!”
