“Firstly, I was blown away by the result! The process took four months but over that process, they get a general idea of what kind of ring you would like to design and gem wise. With this, you send in reference photos and general wants. Then over the next while they slowly work out ideas through sketches and help you figure out what you want even. When it is being finalized, they show you select gems for the center stone and do a great job of keeping you updated on the final result. Eventually, when it gets sent to you it even comes in a nice box with the engagement ring and wedding band (if you get one which I recommend! You can do some seriously fancy stuff with it).”

“My engagement ring turned out absolutely beautiful! The process was so smooth and the response from every specialist I worked with was so patient and supportive! I was constantly requesting design changes and even I felt I was annoying but they were so accommodating and positive the entire time and helped me create my perfect ring! They never left me hanging and answered all my questions diligently! Absolutely professional in the customer service department and I'm so happy with everything that I'm already starting on my wedding bands through them! 10/10 would recommend!”

“The process could not have been easier. I placed an order for a custom engagement ring. All I had was one single picture of what I wanted, and it came out perfect. The pricing was very reasonable and the quality is outstanding. I am not planning on getting engaged again, but if I did I would order from here again.”

“Got a Sapphaire engagement ring for my fiancé done with them. Customer service is the best in the game. Super responsive, and always made sure the ring was exactly what i envisioned. They made sure at every step to explain to me all my options and the advantages and disadvantages of each and were very honest about pricing as well. The ring came out beautiful and just like she wanted. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend!”

“What a wonderful team at this company. They worked so wonderfully with me every step of the way. “From beginning to finish, Custom Made were great! Every step of the design process was communicated with me and the design team were amazing to work with. “I had a wonderful experience with the process as a whole as well as every individual person I walked to/worked with. Everyone was so kind and supportive and also very knowledgeable. “We managed to get ourselves a beautiful piece at a better cost and with the assistance of an amazing staff. Everyone involved made sure that our project was exactly how we envisioned it and responded to any questions or concerns in a reasonable timeframe. Not to mention the fact that we ordered it during a busy season and CustomMade still delivered the piece to us as fast as they could. 100/10 would buy from again!”

“I cannot begin to explain how impressed I am with CustomMade. From start to finish the process was extremely easy, smooth, too good to believe, but they are phenomenal! I’m writing this review 2 hours after my proposal, the ring is beautiful, the staff are extremely knowledgable and helpful.
