“I (32f) choose custom-made to have a engagement/wedding band made for my now fiancé (also 32f) and the whole process from start to finish was amazing. They really care about the details. My fiancé is a veteran of the United States marine Corp she has been deployed overseas, she's a strong unique women I am truly in awe of and she was blown away when I gave her such a unique ring that had truly been made for her. Thank you custom made!”

“I was looking for an engagement ring, had no idea where to start or what to ask for. CustomMade provided detailed explanations of all options I had, stones to look at and designs in general. I was taken extremely good care of and the team was extraordinary helpful and polite. When it came processing payment I felt very safe and comfortable and the ring arrived promptly. “I couldn’t recommend this service enough for anyone who wants a unique ring. The amount of input I’ve been able to give during the design process has been amazing and I feel like I’ve watched the ring come to life. The designers and production leads are there every step of the way and are so helpful and incredibly talented. The packaging was amazing too. I wasn’t expecting the lovely big box with all the additional bits it. The value for money is absolutely amazing. Thank you guys for crafting this ring. I proposed to my fiancé today and couldn’t be happier.”

“I had an amazing experience with CustomMade and their team. They were very friendly, answered all of my many questions in a timely fashion, and provided feedback whenever I needed help. The hardest part was not being able to see the ring in person when I finalized the design, but they provided me with an ample amount of 3D renderings, which eased all of my worries. When the ring arrived, it was extremely beautiful and better than I could have ever imagined, but it did not fit perfectly. I contacted CustomMade and they made returning and fixing the ring a very smooth and efficient process. Every day when I look at my ring, I am so grateful that I decided to go through CustomMade. They are such a wonderful business and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market.”

“I had a short timeline and a complicated ring idea. They were so expedient and helpful throughout the entire process, it was amazing. They went through sketching my idea, creating a 3d model, and casting about 2 weeks faster than they had quoted me, with no drop in quality. The pricing for my custom ring was great as well, I would have paid more for a non-custom ring of the same type somewhere else.”

“From start to finish the team I worked with at custom made were fantastic. I had an idea in mind of exactly what i wanted for my Girl's bridal set, and they were able to put that idea to paper, then to a design, then to a real life ring that I will be proposing with very soon. Every person I worked with every step of the way was friendly, answered my questions and concerns in a timely manner and seemed genuinely interested in providing me with the best service they could to make my dream engagement ring come to life. At the end I had a major concern that the color of my rose gold ring looked more like yellow gold than rose, im assuming from the lighting in the pictures that they provided me but I'm so thankful that I trusted the assurances of the team that it would look much closer to what I was looking for in person because when I finally received the ring I was relieved to see that the ring was much more rosegold color than the pictures produced. So in saying that I would maybe suggest figuring out a way to adjust the lighting better so that rosegold jewellery shines in all its glory and doesn't leave the buyer worried that they paid for something they didn't want. Other than that small hiccup my experience was fantastic. Now please expand to Canada so I don't have to pay the border duties anymore.”

“I custom ordered an engagement ring/wedding band with some custom designs. The whole design process was simple, fast and they listened to exactly what I wanted. I did a rush order, and the ring arrived well in advance of when I needed it. The whole process took about a month with the rush order. And the ring is absolutely beautiful. Customer Service dealing with the whole process was prompt in responding, even on weekends when I had some design changes. The rings came in a nice package, with a little proposal kit...and most importantly she loved it and said yes”

“From beginning to end, the process was better than I could have imagined. Being able to receive custom sketches of what the ring could look like is what helped solidify my decision to go with CustomMade. Interacting with each person in the design process from sketching, 3D rendering, gem sourcing, molding, was painless and they were always keeping me updated with what was happening. I had concerns on how the ring would come out compared to the sketches and rendering, but somehow they managed to take the design and truly craft a custom ring that wasn't more than a thought in my head a couple months prior. Overall from submitting the request to receiving the ring, the process took just under 2 months. I am definitely happy with the result and can't wait to show my SO.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Custom Made! My fiancée bought my engagement ring through Custom Made, and I loved it so much that I bought her engagement ring through them as well! The customer service is nothing short of excellent. I was not an easy customer to deal with, as I made several changes along the way, finalized the project, then realized that I still needed to go back and make some additional changes. I was worried that it would be too late in the process to make the changes, but they were so accommodating and understanding every step of the way. They created a beautiful custom ring that exceeded my expectations. My fiancée said that it “took her breath away” when I presented it to her. I would 10/10 recommend Custom Made for any custom jewelry making!”

“I was very skeptical in the beginning, especially because there isn’t a lot of reviews online about CustomMade. However as we made it through each process I was excited to use them. The communication from each person through each step helped a lot and was very informative. I e had my ring now a couple weeks and it looks great and was exactly what I had envisioned.”

“Custom made came through for my family. I recently retired from military service and commissioned some jewelry for my daughters and wife, to be used in the ceremony. They worked with my idea and my schedule, even changing their normal processes (slightly) to make sure the gifts arrived on time. Most impressively, as deadlines approached, there was a hiccup with the project. They called me, ensured I was tracking the issue, and worked hard to make sure everything that was possible was executed. Final products looked great and exactly what was ordered.”
