“Great Experience, I was slightly hesitant when I started the process because I am a protectionist but the process was very smooth. The team members were very detailed oriented during the whole process, flexible and patient with bringing my visions alive and my engagement ring came out perfect!”

“I truly appreciate all the help I received from the entire Custom Made team! All the info and opinions provided throughout were very insightful and made this process go even more smoothly than I could have hoped for 😊 The communication was great, and thorough explanations during each step made me feel a lot more comfortable knowing what was going on and when. Custom Made also created my engagement ring, so to now have the matching wedding band is perfect! I absolutely love them 😍😍”

“It was incredible. The representatives were always in contact and updated me on everything I needed to know for my project. The cost, with it being a personally designed piece, is also very reasonable. They always let me know when something would cost more and what my payment options would be. They also don't rush you by any stretch. They let you take your time through the process and work through things. The piece I received was also nothing short of phenomenal. The process is very smooth flowing, and I'll admit, at first I was skeptical. After going through it, I couldn't have been more wrong. An incredible company with great service.”

“Since the beginning of the process I felt comfortable and secure that they were going to make my soon to be husband‘s ring everything he wanted and more! They were attentive, quick with responses and helpful throughout the whole process of it all. I was very timid and indecisive throughout a lot of it but they constantly made me feel knowledgeable of what was going to be done and what I should be aware of. Every worker I had dealt with helped me with constant questions I had. They even worked on the ring again when I had a tiny concern about a small detail of the ring. They got on the job right away and took it in their hands to make sure I was thoroughly 100% happy with the wedding band! Which, I am. I’m more than happy! All of my envisions came to life! Thank you thank you thank you!”

“My experience with custom made was phenomenal. Amazing customer service. Outstanding staff. Lois in lead design was spot on with helping me get my ring design. He was very patient and more then helpful getting my ring just right. His team and he did and amazing job. Vincent in production lead was very helpful and made sure my ring came out perfect. He and his team did a beautiful job finishing the ring and having it come out better then I could imagine. The entire time I felt more involved in creating this family heirloom. I could not have made a better choice in having this very important ring made by CustomMade. Ty CO owner also made sure to reassure me if I needed anything or had questions about my ring. They would be more then happy to help me with it. I honestly can not thank you all for the is ring I had made after my father and my family heritage. Bless you custommade team. You are all amazing and wonderful.”

“I came into the process with CustomMade knowing nothing about jewelry, diamonds, metal types - nothing. The entire team, from management to design team and production made the process simple and easy. Most importantly they encouraged my countless revisions and edits until the engagement ring was perfect. A few years later and I've now just received our wedding bands as a repeat customer.
