“Originally I was looking for the usual solitaire kind of ring, until I discovered Custom Made, finding out they can create any theme you want & any way you want it to. Working together with Joana, Janine & the rest of the Custom Made team was a pleasant experience. Very accomodating group of Creatives. From Sketches on paper to the actual piece, I saw my Harry Potter themed wedding ring come to my life. It is a dream come true. What's better is that it's the only one of it's kind. That makes it extra special. Lastly, I'm still very amazed at the speed of production. Completed 2 months before the expected Completion date. I still have another wedding band in production, because of this amazing experience with Custom Made.”

“I was anxious about my project. I wanted a copy of my family’s signet ring that has been in my family for generations. I spoke to many jewelers in America and England and no one could create a copy of our ring. I found Custom Made online and after working with them for a little while they developed an exact copy exactly the way I wanted it done. They gave me tons of options and they delivered a perfect match to my family heirloom.”

“Every aspect of the process was pleasant and inviting. They kept me updated on everything and even told when something went wrong and there was going to be delays. I could not have had more genuine and helpful people in the process. They didn't even try to sell me on the most expensive. They did their best to show me items that would work within my budget. There was nothing but care for their process and for their clients.”

“I had the best experience working with this company..if you are on the fence about a custom ring ..do it..you will not regret it ..from the initial contact with them all the way to the end was way more than I could have asked for ..and everything turned out great. “We had a very specific design goal and couldn't find "the ring" anywhere... I went to countless stores in person and went through the process on a few online sites but when I dove deeper into things nothing felt right. I stumbled upon custom made and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get started. Let me tell you, they work until they get things right... To say we were picky would be an understatement and the back and forth between us and the designers was exhausting, probably more so on our end. The fact that you only have to pay $100 to get a 3D render is pretty spectacular. We finally got the ring right and it was smooth sailing afterward. There was a quality control issue after the initial casting and gem setting, they let us know right away and the ring was scrapped and recast/reset. She could not be happier with the final product and as an added bonus... she said yes!”

“Everything in the process, from communication, to design, to timeframes, to reviews and delivery was all well thought out and followed through by the consultation, design, and manufacturing team. I cannot thank the team enough and my fiancée (wife by October first) has been nothing but thrilled with the results. This is the go-to place for custommade rings and jewelry.”

“My husband and I ordered our wedding suite from Custom Made. We couldn't be happier with the produxts and the process.I have to be honest, right before we placed our order for the first ring I was nervous because they were an online retailer and I had never heard of them before. When the ring arrived, it was beautiful! I took it to two local jewelry stores for appraisal and was told the ring was authentic, and the value was very close to what we paid for it. I couldn't be more happy with this company! They were professional throughout the entirty of the process. They guided us through the design step by step, and the finished projects look almost exactly like the digital rendering. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our pieces, and I can tell they take pride in their work. If I had another luxury jewelry need, I would commission them right away!”
