“Simple and easy design process. They were very responsive to the changes that I requested and answered any questions that I had. When we got to the production process, I was kept aware of the ring at all times. When we received it, the ring was exactly what we expected and the quality is excellent.”

“I was slightly skeptical about buying from an “online” jeweler. However when I read the few reviews that were out. I could tell they were genuine. 100% I would recommend this to anyone who wants to purchase a fine piece for anyone you want to spoil or care deeply for. From start to finish Custom Made has had a very friendly, knowledgeable and overall professional team. They reminded me every step of the way m, that the outcome will be however I dreamed it could be. The designers were extremely helpful incase I was lacking any inspiration. The process was very quick but never rushed! They really took the stress out of finding that perfect ring.”

“They didn’t just customize the ring they customized the experience. Every single detail was mine to create. I had a while team of people who were flexible and understanding. It was the most hands on buying experience I’ve ever had! The ring turned out exactly how I wanted and I even had some helpful ideas and additions from the team. They helped me understand what I wanted! I could’ve have asked for a better experience!”

“The Custommade team is extremely responsive and careful to assure that the design phase is actually what the customer wants. They are clear about pricing v. quality as well, and work to make sure you provide the right size. We had some logistic difficulties once the ring was complete, which was unfortunate, but the team worked extremely hard to right the unfortunate mistake. In the end, my daughter was very taken with the subtility, beauty and quality of the ring, and the fact that no one in the world will ever have her ring. This is the place to come to get a beautiful ring custom made. The only reason this is not a five star rating is due to the logistic issues we had.”

“I first came to Custom Made for an engagement ring. All the people that helped guide me through the process were extremely patient and helpful. I had an idea of what my GF wanted but I did make some revisions to the design along the way. I never felt like I was a burden by making changes or asking questions. I could tell the folks helping me had a genuine interest in making sure the final product was what I had in mind. We are now engaged and I just got the wedding band delivered from Custom Made as well. They really give you the ability to create something as unique and special as she is and I know my fiance is very happy with the results.”

“When I started looking for an engagement ring, I had it in my mind that I wanted to design it myself. I wasn't sure if that was possible or not but I quickly found this website and started looking around. At first, honestly, I was very skeptical. My thoughts were like, "How could someone catch my vision through messages?" or "Can I trust this? Is this legit? How detailed can I get?" There's just a lot of things that you have to watch out for these days on the internet, as most people are aware. After thinking more about it, I decided hey, what could a quick message hurt. I quickly learned even on the first message that this was exactly the site I wanted to use. The staff is genuinely willing and ready to help you. You are able to tell they care about what you want, and will do whatever they can to make sure you get what you want. I was kind of picky with what I wanted, and I never felt like anybody was mad or annoyed that I was like "mmm, no I'd like this and this changed." I changed designs and ideas a lot, having said that, I found the time response on messages and designs/new designs was always very quick. I don't think I waited more than 8 hours without getting a message back or some sort of update on when I should hear back. This is exactly the service and quality I was looking for when I started looking for places that do this. I could go on and on about how pleased I am with this company. Amanda's ring turned out perfect, and she said "YES" on April 28th, 2022! She LOVES the fact that it was all hand picked from the beginning to the end! I gave her the password to my account, so she even went in after the proposal and read all the messages sent back and forth to come up with this perfect design! If anyone out there wants to design their own "CustomMade" engagement ring for their life partner, I suggest you use this company! They treat you very well during the process, and for the life of the product after the fact. If you're reading this, then create a profile and get to work! The people are great :)”

“My experience with CustomMade was amazing. While I was working with them, I also worked with couple of jewelry designers on the side, so I have options for the best design and quality. But the price the CustomMade offered with stone quality and the service was no-brainer. Any message was answered super fast (amazing customer service) and I really enjoyed the process. The 3D design was super helpful to get a great idea of how the piece will look like and the final product was super close to what is was in the 3D design. During the process, I interacted with several people and everyone was super professional and helpful. I just received the ring and I could not be happier. I highly recommend them if you want to have a unique piece.”

“Everyone that I worked with at CustomMade was outstanding. Very patient and professional. They were not happy until I was happy. I certainly felt like there were several times that I was being too "picky" but I was never made to feel like I was a burden. Everyone made me feel comfortable and valued. The ring turned out better than I could have ever imagined. My Fiancé (that's still a weird thing to say) absolutely loves that her ring is a direct reflection of me. She feels it's more meaningful coming from my mind and my heart, than one chosen from a selection at the store. I was able to choose sketches, individual stones, tweak designs, and even ask for input and advice from CustomMade's professionals. Words cannot fully express how great this entire process was, start to finish. Replies were prompt, usually daily. I got into the habit of checking the website first thing when I wake up, because there was always a new message to look forward to.”

“I literally got to design my fiances ring exactly how I imagined it. We went through every detail together. I got every question I could think if answered. The shipping was incredibly fast and reliable. They worked with me on my payment scheduling. I was never left out and relieved emails almost daily with updates. I didn't think the project could move as fast as it did.”
