“The service is very easy to use and they respond fast. At every moment I knew the progress of my order, in addition to the associated costs and available options. The ring was a custom design that included everything I wanted. She loved it! I received it while traveling to the UK. I wasn't sure WHEN the ring could be delivered, but in the end, I was able to receive it without problems (via DHL). The order is shipped after you make the final payment, so if you're traveling, you can postpone it to a date when you can receive it (Although I would like to know it before!) I would use the service again :)”

“My experience with Custom Made was spectacular! They have such a nice and caring staff that is willing to help in every way they can. I personally had a lot of changes and tweaks I wanted to make to my design, and they never hesitated to help make it happen. The custom 3D models are amazing and really helped me in making decisions about my design. My piece turned out better than expected!”

“Custom Made was the perfect choice for me and my SO. They were so thorough and would answer any questions that you had throughout the entire process, no matter how insignificant they may have seemed. They explained each step and made sure I was aware of what was going on with my design and ring. They catered to everything that I wanted in my dream ring and were able to merge multiple designs to help me do that. Custom Made was able to bring my dream ring into reality and I couldn't be happier with it!”

“Experience was AMAZING. I legitimately can't recommend this place enough to someone looking for excellent, through, and well-communicated custom work. The handoff process between CustomMade team members in the project thread was seamless (it honestly felt like working with one single consultant the entire time, but was actually a team of 5 or so specialists). Pricing was very fair and (this is worth really reiterating) VERY transparent from the get-go.”

“CustomMade certainly is an experience. For someone like myself where the topic of proposing is not necessarily something that comes naturally to me, this can be a daunting experience (and of course expensive investment!). For those who are just entering the market and getting their bearings, it is hard to ask for something truly custom, it is not easy to gauge how good of a job the team will do, nor whether you will like it at the end, and of course whether your partner will like it as well! Especially when your partner barely wears any jewelry to begin with. What CustomMade did was to offer exactly what I needed: calm professionalism and reassurance in the steps taken towards this project. They were detailed, methodical and gave expert opinion when I would not know how to proceed. They have an incredible team which continuously supports you by asking questions, providing suggestions, alterations, you name it. And if you midway decide to "scratch all that, lets start anew" they do exactly that. Every little issue, every little nuance and detail, they tend to, and any small piece of doubt you might have, they will address, until the final result is perfect. When I embarked on with them, I thought I was asking for the impossible, but that was clearly not the case. Not a week later from when I gave the last green light, I had in my hands exactly what I had described and asked for. When you know that you have a competent team on your side, there is little you are afraid of! I am wishing the team all the best as they clearly deserve it! I will update the review with some pictures at a later date.”

“I was looking for an engagement ring for my soon to be wife but nothing on the market fit her unique personality. I came across this website through google but was skeptical at first because the ring i had in mind was unique and nothing like anything on the market. After seeing the 3D renderings i quickly realized that this company was more than capable of achieving my goal while remaining within my budget. When i received the ring it person i was amazed at how they literally took my idea and brought it to life! I highly recommend working with them if you have that special person in your life and you want to get them a one of a kind ring!”
