“Custom Made communicated frequently and clearly during the making of the crest ring for my husband for our 25th anniversary.I was able to make changes and tweak it until perfect and was able to review what it was going to look like along the way. It’s beautiful! Husband wears it every day.”

“I always hated how the engagement ring was this big thing and the wedding band came second. I wanted to create something special to showcase both me and my fiancé together. Having both of our birthstones in the band somehow to give my wedding band its own moment too! I could not be happier with the end result. It was nice that I could move at my own pace with creating the band and didn’t feel rushed to get it done. They corrected any changes to the design that I asked for. It really could not have come out any better I am so excited for when I can finally wear them both together.”

“Team was patient and willing to redo design till was satisfied. which great that didn't try rush process. Also if can't make payments right away they were willing to put project on hold till had money pay rest. Not many other company I see do this, and didn't bug me about it. Will most likely go back for another ring though them.”

“I had just recently retired from a local Police Division where I spent 22 years, 17 of which I was in the K-9 division. I had retired from the Us Army before that. I wanted something for myself that would capture my two very fulfilling careers. I went online and searched for Custom Jewelry and located CustomMade. I sent them a message and within 24 hours I was contacted by a young lady, Lea a consultant and began this amazing process within a few days she had helped me form a concept for a ring that captured what I was looking for. I was then transferred to Joana in Design and after two to three weeks of communication on the ring, a design was produced and a 3D image was sent to me, that was exactly what I wanted. Joana helped me thru several decisions on the type of metal and finishes. I was then transferred to Rei in production. She kept me up to date on the process and the end date which she gave me a delivery of 16 March. I was shocked that she contacted me and updated the delivery to the 8th and it arrived at my home at 1400 hours I was so pleased with the ring it captures who I am. The ring is one of a kind and the detail is amazing. The price was better than what I expected with the customer attention that I received. CustomMade is an outstanding jewelry provider. I wish I had discovered them when I was getting married I would have let them design the only other ring that I wear. If your looking for a piece of jewelry that makes you feel good when you glance down at it just try them out and see what they can make for you.”

“Custom Made did a wonderful job on the ring they made me. They made it easy, had it layout step by step explained what they were doing every step of the way. “I wanted to do something special for my wife. I was looking to make a statement that was beyond fashion or value, something very personal and very specific, that came from the heart. So I began searching for custom jewelry online. Then I came across CustomMade. It almost looked to easy to do so at first I was weary. But the deposit amount was very small so I took a risk. The service throughout was very good and the process was surprisingly smooth and easy. In fact it was so easy that until I received the finished product in the mail I didn't quite believe it. But then I got it and I was very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Great value, great service and a fantastic way to invest yourself emotionally into a gift and show that loved one you really care and made the effort.”

“I was recreating a necklace my boyfriend had lost years ago, and considering I didn’t have a picture as reference and just a basic drawing that I sketched up, it turned out amazing! The only thing I would change is the length of the chain, it actually ended up being a lot shorter than the reference photos I was shown during the creation process. However everything came out really durable and it looked beautiful.”
