“Everything was great! Everyone I worked with was very professional and patient with me, even though the design changed a few times. Once the design was finalized production and shipping went very quickly, and the final product was even better than I had anticipated!”

“I came to CustomMade wanting a resident evil 8 inspired ring made and they did not disappoint. Not only were they professional in communicating and understanding my needs for the overall look of the ring, but the quality and craftsmanship of the final product was amazing! I love my new RE8 ring and the gamer inside of me is very much satisfied! “I am thoroughly impressed. I had a ring made with a custom design and the first process went smooth. I had the ring for a week, maybe two, when I realized a word was spelled wrong. I was upset with myself for not catching it and was fully prepared to pay more. However, when I reached out to CustomMade they re-made the ring at no extra cost. Consider me a lifetime customer for all my custom pieces in the future. I even recommended them to a few people already.”

“I can't speak enough about how amazing the entire experience was from start to finish. Being able to take an idea from images and words to a full finished ring that ultimately would end up on my now fiance is surreal. They make the entire process unique to your ring and take into account any ideas, questions, or concerns. Being able to have sketches and having that early design work made the entire process and ring even more special to both of us. The little details like including the New Orleans fleur-de-lis and engraving her name within the band are the things that garnered the most compliments and surprise from my fiance, friends, and family. My plan from the start for picking a wedding ring was that I wanted something unique and something truly special that none of her friends or relatives would have and CustomMade made that plan a reality. If you want a unique, beautiful ring with the freedom to design or try new things out, this is 110% the place for you.”

“Top-notch customer service and super informative. Custom Made provided a full step-by-step experience by providing me insight, guidance, and information for each aspect of my ring. After searching for a specific ring with other jewelers. I was unable to find anything even close to what I wanted. While searching online. I found Custom Made who has been outstanding from start to the final result. I am extremely happy with the outcome and quality of my rings.”

“I ordered a rose gold signet ring and I could not be more pleased with the result. CustomMade helped me every step of the way and even made suggestions when I wanted to include a short motto that could not fit on the ring face. I received my ring promptly and now I proudly display it on my index finger. I just love it!”

“Every part of this process was made easy by the team here. They stayed in touch with me and explained everything very well. I had to leave for work with no way of talking they put my project on hold tell i could continue. It was like nothing happened they are amazing people and did a amazing job. I have already told a alot of people who I work with about them and recommend this to anyone looking for a one of a kind ring. Price was in my budget and worked with me to make sure I was still getting the best. Amazing job”

“I bought an engagement ring and wedding band from CustomMade. The folks at CustomMade took every single question I had and answered it, as well as made every change I wanted to see in a 3D model. The engagement ring was a really in depth process for me and they were very helpful and willing to make any and every change I wanted or even just wanted to see. For the wedding band, they were able to source Montana specific gems that I really wanted to use. Because they had all the models for the engagement ring they were able to to tightly fit the band to the engagement ring without having to send in the engagement ring. The overall helpfulness and willingness to make changes really sold me on using them. Also as a guy who works a lot and doesn't have time to go into a jewelry store again and again to make changes in design CustomMade was a great way for me to design everything and have all the input I wanted right from my phone.”

“I was thrilled with the experience of the design process as well as the final rings that I received. They were extremely responsive, helpful, and professional, despite me being somewhat picky about things. They were very accommodating of my questions and concerns. Most importantly, she said “yes!” My fiancé loves the engagement ring and matching wedding band, adores the fact that it is custom and that I was a part of the design process. That only would've been possible with Custom Made, so I am very greatful.”

“I am one of those individuals that when it comes to purchasing a piece of jewelry, I have to see it in person. Buying something online and entrusting a team was something I was not comfortable with, especially during the process of creating my future wife’s engagement ring. Custom made made me a believer. They took my hand (metaphorically) and guided me with each and every step of the process. The design team is easy to work with and accommodated all of my requests with exceeded expectations.
