The delivery company used has to be the single worst courier possible. And I thought Hermes putting my Asos parcel on a bin was bad! Will not be shopping online again until courier is replaced. The cookies were superb, just a logistical mess.

Our order arrived wreaking of cigarette smoke. When we complained, it was implied that we were lying. We received a replacement order but due to their rude attitude, we won't be ordering from them again and definitely do not recommend to others.

I purchased vegan cakes as a surprise fir my vegetarian granddaughter and they where not vegan very disappointed I will not be using this company again

Hi there Sorry to write this review . I was bought the afternoon tea by my step daughter for my birthday . I doubled it up for a celebration with my partners birthday too and arranged for the 27th Feb - special afternoon for the family . Firstly I was surprised to pay another £6.00 to have it delivered. So now I’m effectively paying for my own birthday present . These items I imagine are usually gifts . Then it didn’t arrive on the overnight DPD delivery or the next day . It arrived late morning on the 29th - and was off . Clearly been near something warm during its 3 days somewhere . I told the driver and he was rather rude and basically said You didn’t process it in time . Suppliers fault . So now the customer is caught between the delivery and the supplier basically blaming each other to me . Your email stated courier error . I tried calling you on the Monday and Tuesday 29th / 30th but never reached anyone . You sent an email to offer me a £10.00 gift voucher . So effectively - between my daughter and myself we paid £26.00 for nothing . 2 tiny jam jars that can be kept . I’ll let your company decide how to proceed . Customer - lose lose lose . And the actual reason - which was a birthday celebration - supposed to be special because we work frontline on the covid wards . I know I replied thank you to the £10.00 voucher - that’s just my natural politeness but on reflection . The whole experience has left a rubbish feeling inside . Shouldn’t you have re-sent the afternoon tea immediately - with an extra apology scone on top ? Yes - I would like somebody to call me about this . Regards . Paula

These were bought as a gift for a friend and unfortunately they had to be thrown out as were too dry to eat. I also purchased an afternoon tea box and these were thrown out too. I have complained twice and sadly not received a response. Maybe I will receive a response following this review.

The cakes should be served at room temperature and which point the sponge should become light and fluffy and not be dry. We are not sure if it had been stored in the fridge, but this might explain the dry cake layers. Unfortunately we are unable to locate any communication from yourself regarding this. Having pre-ordered an afternoon tea for a set date weeks in advance, it didn't arrive on the requested date and actually never turned up at all. The correspondence with Cutter and Squidge has been ok and they kindly have given me a full refund.

Mixed box of 6 turned up with 4 all the same flavour, extortionate delivery charges promising “fresh” cookies, yet they have other 6 months before the best before date! Picture is extremely deceiving, cookies are at most half the size of advertised. Much better options out there, don’t waste your money.

Poor customer service and not overly great product. It would also be helpful if the company tell you in advance when you need to purchase other products to make the original item work, i.e. A pot of fresh cream to heat up and then pour over the fondue bomb to make it melt!! All in all I have given 1 star out of five purely because there wasn't an option to select 0!

There was a hair in my brownie and the picture didn’t match my purchase, in the picture, the brownies fit in the WHOLE box perfectly, however my purchase didn’t do that so I feel like I didn’t get my £14 worth
