The quality of the products ordered was horrible - all items purchased, brownies, biskies and a cake, were dry and some were lacking in flavour. I was extremely disappointed and when I contacted Cutter & Squidge, I did not receive a response. I will not be ordering from them again.

Very slow customer service response time. Cake was not handled with care- packaging not marked fragile.

Whilst I think Cutter and Squidge offers beautiful products, I will not be ordering from you again. I've ordered twice from you and both times, my experiences were unpleasant and actually spoilt what should have been happy and exciting occasions. The sales staff are rude and really unwilling to go out of their way to find a solution to everyday problems/issues that arise and i find this actually inexcusable in the service industry. It doesn't matter how good your product is, there is a new person coming into the market, with something similar everyday - the only thing that differentiates you is your service and I would rather order from another bakery that is more willing to accommodate me with a smile on their face. Good luck with your business. I do hope that it improves as your products are really quite adorable.

Disappointed to find Cutter and Squidge ignore GDPR and privacy laws to beg for reviews - cake was OK, but hugely over priced.

I didn’t actually receive my candles as part of my order but didn’t chase up at the time as your cakes are completely delicious and more than made up for it. Luckily I had some spare anyway...

The goods received were not as expected. The cake base was light coloured (from pics they appear to be choc) and it was like dough. We had cakes and the birthday truffles before and they were miles better so on this occasion for my friend's bday.. it was disappointing

Box intended as a gift arrived completely smashed up. Customer service very slow to respond and had to be chased. Will not purchase again as there are many other competitors in the marketplace

The brownies were so much smaller than I thought (about the size of a two pence piece) and they didn’t tast very nice

Didn’t look anything like the pictures or have anything hello kitty on the blondies themselves (just a sticker on the packet!) which was very disappointing to the little girl we got them for! They were overly sweet and didn’t taste of anything much more than sugar so we didn’t even eat them all. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

The one star is not because of the product which I’m sure is lovely, but the delivery. We arranged a Saturday delivery to a friend who’s place is behind a large gate. It seems DPD could not be bothered to make contact when faced with a gate so didn’t deliver. They didn’t take the parcel out again until Monday, same thing. By the time the goods were delivered on Wednesday they were spoilt. Many companies that dispatch fresh items label their boxes as ‘must be delivered on day’ that may be a useful addition to the packaging.

Christmas delivery arrived late, poor packaging and damaged brownies. Eventually received a refund however the excuse given was overloaded orders, I ask is that any excuse for poor service delivery. Will not be using them again.

The Christmas afternoon tea was extremely disappointing. The items were not packaged sufficiently and were smashed on delivery. I am waiting for a full refund or a replacement delivery which will hopefully be packaged correctly.

Was disappointed with my purchase here - I paid extra to ensure that it was delivered at a certain time window, but the delivery was late. The cake was dry and the buttercream lacked any flavour of raspberry. The only hint that this was a raspberry cake was that it had freeze-dried raspberry sprinkled at the top of the cake (I had to add my own fresh raspberry to feel like I was eating a raspberry flavoured cake). I guess the only saving grace was that the cake looked beautiful and I got many compliments from social media (aka people who did not get to taste the cake). Would recommend for social media likes, but not for actual consumption

Been a loyal fan since you did our wedding cake, bdays, anniversaries etc but sadly with only 2 days warning Ive now been told the bday cake order cannot be fulfiled. Shame as I had bought £200 worth of vouchers and have no sign yet of a refund.

We had to make the hard decision to suspend production until 9th January due to Tier 4 restrictions. I made a mistake on my order and chose the wrong delivery date. I contacted you the day before my scheduled delivery date to see if it would be possible to deliver my order a day early and no one ever responded. I called as well and no one was available to help.

Your delivery date could not unfortunately have been moved as we do not offer a same day delivery service. You had contacted us early in the afternoon for delivery that same day.
