“I ordered two sunglasess, but one of the received cases was empty. One of the recieved sunglasse cases was deffected,you cant close it, because there was missing magnet. The delivery was supposed to be 10 days, but was 20 instead. Terrible customer service. When I contacted customer support they said that everything is correctly sent out and they can't help me. When I said I have proof that they didnt send both sunglasses, they stoped replying to me. They think we are lying, so we are immediately contacting a lawyer to sue D.Franklin's company so we can prove ourselves right. Then when I get the second pair of sunglasses they don't want to send me, I will never choose these scammers again in my life.”

“I wish I had read these awful reviews before I placed order. Am waiting over 3 weeks now for my order!! No replies to queries, no sign of boots arriving and had planned on using them on a ski trip but I leave in a few days!!! No help, no sign of them and highly unlikely I will have them either based on the reviews here!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM... its a scam.”

“If i could give them a zero I would. Do not deal with this company. They sent my item to the wrong address, even though I informed them of the error repeatedly. Then when I tried to get a refund I was sent a packing slip to return the item. HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO DO THAT WHEN I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“I returned trainers a few days too late because they’re only have 2 weeks return policy.. which is a joke. I spent more than £40 on shoes and £16 for return and now they’re coming back from Spain to UK again. And the reason why it wasn't possible to return in such a short period was my surgery, after which I couldn't move. If I knew they’re have 2 weeks return policy I will never order anything from that website!”

“Da mogu dala bi ocjenu 0. Nikome ne bi preporučila kupnju preko ove stranice koja krade vaš novac. Par sati nakon kupnje nisam mogla reklamirati narudžbu. Ignoriraju moje mailove, ne poštuju prava potrošača. Strašno!!”

“Nakon uplate od svega nekoliko sati sam se predomislila i zeljela sam stornirati svoju narudžbu. Odgovoreno mi je da to nije moguće premda roba nije ni poslala. Po zakonu imam prava koja prodavač ne poštuje. Nakon toga sam napisala više mailova na koje se oglušuju. Sad me čeka nepotreban dodatni trošak povrata robe i nove borbe za povrat novca. Osjećam se prevareno i ovo.ne bi nikome preporučila.”

“Would give 0 stars if possible - terrible customer service. The returns process was a nightmare, they refused to respond to any form of communication (socials and direct emails). The glasses I purchased are fine but you are in for a world of hurt if you need to return them.”

“Placed an order on the 19.07.2024, which never arrived. I work from home, so no delivery attempt made at all and it was sent back. A new order created to resend the order. No confirmation of delivery status sent, no movement of package. Order was cancelled due to technical issues. Was told I would be refunded my money along with €15 as a gift code to use on their site. Like hell I want to spend my money with them after this. Code only had the €15 and no refund to my credit card, so this company is a scam and they have stolen my money and customer service is useless as you can’t speak to anyone, so there is a communication issue with getting anything resolved. I am without my order and minus the money I spent and no one seems to care to get back to me to resolve this, so I will be blackening their bame everywhere I can to warn others against them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL BE SORELY DISAPPOINTED AND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND MEAVE YOU WITH NOTHING.”

“I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience on this site. After six months of communication, I still have not received the second pair of glasses nor a refund. This site is a complete scam and deceptive. Be very cautious with this site. They do not deliver the products, respond to messages only once a month, and give the appearance of activity without providing any real assistance. They are fraudsters! Proceed with extreme caution!”

“From my personal experience but also from reading more reviews of other customers, it seems that if there is any problem with your order, then the company will do nothing to help you or figure out the problem. They have been paid so they don't care after that. I recommend people to read more reviews to see the many problems customers had and how bad customer service is.”

“Made a big order around 250 eurs. one of the products I received was not in good condition, and I immediately sent an email with a photo (so that they have the date that I received the product as well as its condition). They told me that they will reply, and now, I am on my 3rd email that I've sent , no one has responded and after that they will tell me that there have been too many days passed for the product to be replaced or whatever. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING, NO I AM NOT UNDERSTANDING AT ALL, SINCE I DO THE SAME JOB, AT CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND AT LEAST AFTER ONE WEEK I ASSURE TO SERVICE OUR CLIENTS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.”
